I figure it's dilution to the tune of 7%. (Roughly 400 Million shares outstanding, now 30 Million more.) We shall see.
Distributing shares is meaningless. Shareholders already benefit by the same amount when the company we own buys shares back. Our pieces of the pie automatically grow.
