This shows that this shorting is finally backfiring. You used to say you made millions. Now its down to 'over a million'. Soon you will be saying. I made a few bucks. What an idiot.
sure. income seekers rotated out of MLPs and other oil related companies and into REITs, whichmany at 52 week highs. So when oil goes up money flowing the other way.
FFO is The figure you use to judge REITS, not just O. The Donks dissertation is just useless drivel. The O's payout is covered very nicely and has been paying ever increasing dividends for 20 years (some say 40+ years).
Another sign is when someone cannot come up with anything to say and just repeats the last thing said. Classic symptoms.
Its a sure sign that he will be gone again for a while on 'vacation'. The out patient treatment is clearly not working.
Its clear from Donk's latest posts that he is getting more and more mixed up. And our constant tactic of posting facts just sends him over the edge. Not even able to keep it straight who he is responding to. I expect soon he will be away on 'vacation' again for a month getting more treatment.
From USA today.
How must of a pop do stocks get? Generally, about a 5% pop in the price can be expected. It can be less, though. Mutual funds, which manage tens of billions of dollars of investor assets, can buy small amounts of a stock over time after it is is added to the index. That reduces any short-term price spike. Also, funds sometimes already own the stock if it's in another small-cap or mid-cap index. And, investors who spend a lot of time and money trying to guess which stocks will be added. If a company's stock price has already been bid up because of those investors, it won't spike so much after it's added to the index.
Well actually 4.17% at current price, but accuracy never your strong suit or concern.. Almost 2 times the S&P average, so I guess they consider that 'high'. Go figure!!
the guy is so mentally ill, that we should not really be making fun of him.
