I expect (hope) that they will post the slides on the website/SEC site . On one of the earlier slides, I thought I saw something about an alternative analysis of the data. At the time, I was moving to let another attendee in, and missed it. I was like 'what was that ?' Definitely something to check for.
He mentioned that the 333rd event happened in mid Feburary, nothing more than that. I got the impression that they don't have the results yet. No mention of FDA.
I can't figure today's drop either. I assume that today's presentation was the same as Tuesday's in NY.
They were running about 1/2 an hour behind schedule, so they were limiting the Q/A's on his and prior presentations . The only question was from the moderator, who said something like ' I know you will not talk about IMPRESS , so I will not even ask about that' then he asked a question, which I don't remember specifically... general question about trials ?
Dr. Link was cool, calm, optimistic, confident, and competent... A good speaker. I was only there for 4 presentations, but Dr. Link got the biggest applause while I was there. The technical aspects were a little hard to follow for me.... I still don't know exactly what an IDO pathway is...lol
Well, they still have to reach certain milestones in order to receive the payments. I think he was just saying that some of those payments are significant. I'm not sure that he used the word 'early' as in 'accelerated', but just that some of the earlier payments are significant. I thought the initial up front payment was VERY significant.
Regarding the interim results, Dr. Link simply stated that they would be announced this quarter. If the trial is not halted, they will provide updated guidance on the duration of the remainder of the trial at that time.
He mentioned that they are enrolling for the Ph II lung cancer trial.
In regard to the Roche agreement, he mentioned that there are 'significant' early milestone payments, reducing the need to raise funds.
Ebola: He stated that Newlink's vaccine is the only one in Ph III trials. I had thought that the WHO was planning trials on 2 vaccines ?
Also, he mentioned that the same approach used for the Ebola vaccine might be used for other viruses, such as influenza.
Either way, It seems that there should have been an announcement by now. Perhaps some discussions with FDA ?
Thanks again Hiwatt..I just hope there's no significance to the announcement occurring on April fool's day. lol

The FDA decision on acceptance of the NDA is due within 10 days. I believe that Repos has done it's due
diligence with the FDA to achieve acceptance. Step 1.

Normally in this situation , I would have crash protection in the form of cheap out of the money puts. The problem is that there are no cheap puts here. I've thought of selling covered short term calls since the premium is so high, but I don't want to limit my gain.
