Another example of employing the logical fallacy of attempting to undermine EA's and Avii's respective credibility and analysis by name-calling and personal attacks. Control of this debate will be irrelevant soon enough.

"Makes you wonder what the shorts know?"
I don't know what they know, and I never discount the possibility of corruption, but I was asking your question in May 2012 when Arena's short interest was 44.6 million shares right before its AdCom. Answer: The shorts knew nothing..
You, sir, are out of line. I realize that these are Yahoo MBs, but there's no rational reason to allow emotion to cause you to stoop to such a low level.
falco, your posts on the science are excellent. As for your data question above, during May 11-12, 2011, VICL went from 3.95 to 4.81 (21+%) on volume of 2,800,000 shares.
No responsible investor would "dismiss any and all adverse opinions." A responsible investor welcomes and then weighs any and all adverse opinions. None of us can know A7's outcome with certainty, but when an intelligent and responsible investor such as the_emerging_analyst crushes an adverse opinion with facts and logic, weigh what IS known, and then take personal responsibility for your decisions.
