sorry correction point 1) huge production cost realisation :
Prices realized during the first quarter of 2016 averaged $36.87 per barrel of oil
Average realized prices for the first quarter of 2015 were $66.28 per barrel of oil
THEY ARE very focus at avery aspect: i have no doubt about they will get a REfinancement during Q2.
1- oil production cost drops from 50 ish to mid 30 ish dollar. We gonna be profitable soon excluding impairment pay down etc ....
2-reproposal to BOEM with more assurance in favor of BOEM
3-asset sales is taken into account
4-reverse split possible, and dilution could be minimal depending on new refinance (if) obtained.
5-Smat reduction of costs -suspending wells and staff reduction that produced a high margin in point 1. and allowing good conditions to obtain new alliance and refinance.
GO SGY. Get me rich at this Big Opportunity in a good oil play.

An predictable bad end in sight...
Exports of liquefied natural gas could start from the U.S. within weeks, with Australian production also ramping up. Falling prices have made shipments to Asia unprofitable. Despite the delay of the first LNG cargo from Cheniere Energy´s Louisiana facility , it looks likely that U.S. LNG is destined for European shores.
On a gross basis, this doesn´t make much sense. One key European gas price, known as NBP, was Monday trading at about $4.25 per million British thermal units. Buyers of LNG must generally pay about 115% of the U.S. natural gas price, about $2.10 per million BTU. Then there is $2.5-$3.0 in tolling costs to the LNG plant and perhaps $2 in shipping, fuel and regasification costs. That implies a total cost toward $7, a clear loss.
