Anyone buying or selling strictly on what Cramer or any other talking head says is taking an unnecessary risk. He is a source of information, part of the homework he tells everyone to do. What I'd like to know is, what he said regarding PANW that is not true. I could not care less about speculation about Cramer, etc. That is irrelevant. What is relevant, is what he said about PANW, true or not true?

I see so much negativity here, I feel like it's a buy. So, I bought a little at 75 even though I thought it could see 67. If I can get it at 67 or lower before Christmas, I'll buy a lot more.

    oil glut on LAND

There is an oil glut because Governments are holding economies in near recession mode. Only a few changes are needed to start the world's economic engine. If that happens, this glut will become a shortage very quickly.

For example: imagine the change in the U.S. if policies are changed and a large portion of the 93 million idled people can go back to work. The change that will happen as skilled workers get paid more and companies pay above minimum wage to get workers instead of Government artificially raising minimum wage to keep everyone in place.

A few changes in leadership and we will need more oil, more gas, more coal, and probably solar and wind as well. What happens to oil if Europe turns around as well? Etc.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I find it hard to believe anyone would downgrade BWLD at the start of football season. I also find it hard to believe anyone is a seller here. I sold some other holdings and when my money clears, I'm a buyer for more shares here or lower.

What the heck? Not long ago the commentary on this stock was how quickly it would destroy BIDU. Now? Its in need of a friend. I fell below my buy price yesterday but I'm going to hold for a return to good times. I never felt it would topple BIDU but believe there is plenty of room in China for both to do well.

    sbux paid tax breaks

There should be no corporate taxes because it is really double taxation on us. Any tax a corporation pays is passed to us in lower earnings and product prices, Then we pay taxes on dividends and capital gains.

The smartest move for the US would be to eliminate this job killing, economy killing tax. Meanwhile anything legal a company does to lower it's taxes is just smart business practice. Who among us at tax time says I only owe $1000 but I'm going to pay $10,000.
