  • Another installer purchased?

I forwarded this listing to JN about 2 months ago, and he replied back (Were on it) and now the listing say's (IN ESCROW) which means it is being purchased. I emailed him the listing on Oct 12th. MD Energy was announced on November 6th, so I doubt that is this one. Me thinks JN might have another deal going down...

  • This is the headline you "could" be waking up to some morning soon, sitting in your underwear with a cup of joe and realizing that all your money is tied up in some worthless POS that you bought cause you freaked out about a little offering and sold all your shares.

    The article might read:

Solar3D, a Goleta based Solar installer and manufacturer of a high efficiency solar cells today announced that they had achieved 28% efficiency. This is the highest power output cell on the market according to independent testing. SolarPower, SolarCity have already contacted Solar3D to begin using their panels. Solar3D stock today has risen 3000%.

How would you like to miss that....

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Are you crying? There is no crying in the stock market. If your not strong enough, go home.

He does not have the approval of the shareholders to proceed with a R/S and until that happens it is a mute point. I for one would welcome it, I may not have as many shares, but SLTD would then be listed on the NASDAQ and probably be upwards of $12.00 a share before long.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Per S3 rules on offerings, the max can only be 1/3 current public float - previous offerings. (Quit freaking out) If JN wants 50M, he will have to get the share price up over $.65 per share. I for one will be licking my chops!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Really? Here is what we know.

    1. Solar3D completed SunWorks acquisition
    2. Solar3D soon will complete MD Energy acquisition
    3. Nobody here knows the status of the panel.
    4. Solar3D plans to buy 2 more installer in 2015
    5. Solar3D plans to generate 100M by EOY 2015

Has any of the above made you scared? Are you scared of an S3 that will allow the company to solidify its bottom line and continue its growth? Please explain your fears. I have not sold because I am not scared and do not trade on emotion. Fear is emotion and you should never sell on fear. Buy on your DD and sell on your DD

Because 90% of the people that are invested in it (including this board) does not know how to read a financial statement, know what a derivative is or understand finance whatsoever. They are like a bunch of elk just following the rest of the herd.

  • 1st quarter PR

    Quote:
As we worked through the business consolidation last quarter, much of the revenue that could have been recognized in Q1 was actually recognized in the early days of Q2. Recognized revenue for the month of April alone was $1.5MM.

In simple terms, a bunch of SunWorks revenues for the first quarter were recognized in the 2nd quarter and actually pushed up the revenues for that quarter. If you were to take that revenue out of the 2nd quarter report, you probably would notice an increase in revenues per quarter from Q2 to Q3.

Revenues are great and only increasing and with MD Energy coming on board in February, we should see some good results for the 2nd and 3rd quarter of 2015.

Keep in mind that JN stated that SunWorks should do at least 20M in revenues for all of 2014. We currently have a PRICE/SALES of only 3.94 on forward guidance which is very low for the industry. We should easily trade at a P/S ratio of 6-7 which would be .40-.50 per share.

Now pull your heads out of your butts and buy more.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
