the descent here has been unprecedented. It started with the new SaaS pricing model as announced in March where they are collecting VMS money over 5 years. At that point they said Q1 was going really well. 2 months later and Q1 was a disaster. Were it not for spare parts sold at a large loss, revenue would have only increased 3%. Then they announced issues with the new VAC4 and redo of old customer sites. Andrea Jacobs was fired. Cash burn has been severe.
A bad Q2 and this hits $4. I don't get these guys
one could even argue that the deterioration of the balance sheet is stopping large rollouts as companies don't want to deal with a company on a precarious footing. So instead of IDSY 2.0 actually helping, it has hurt.
I sense a 3M share secondary in the next few months
once Hall is done selling, it will go back up
this quarter is actually OK
I didn't buy a lot and will buy more if it goes down. I would prefer to buy more at a better price
what are they hiding?
no one is paying me. I post on dozens of boards. Is someone paying me to post on all those boards? Don't be absurd. Grow up jr. Maybe listen more and post less so you can learn something.
he clearly said GM wants a factory next to their factories and CDTI has one lone factory. So I am not sure what business model you refer to.
again, even if you are right, so what? The company is still losing money even if they land that business, which they won't.
If the statement was clear as day, why has no analyst upgraded the stock? Why has the stock not surged? Why has it actually gone down since the presentation?
Many have discounted the negative SA article as being basically a bunch of lies. Looking at it objectively, I think it is spot on.
About 8-10 years ago I was invested in a coin/stamp company called GMAI. Greg Manning. I had bought a bunch at $2 and the stock was $16 at the time. A very negative article came out in Barrons saying the company was a Ponzi scheme with their stamp business in Spain. Everyone discounted it including me. 6 months go buy and the stock is still around $16/$17 and another Barrons article comes out. They called the company a scam and Ponzi scheme. Well, I sold. Made very nice money. The stock doubles to $35 over a matter of a few months.
The next day the stock was halted as Spain claimed their stamp business was a Ponzi scheme and was shutting them down. Opened at like $8 and closed well in the low single digits. I was lucky that I got out at $16.
sometimes claims of a SCAM really are a SCAM
curious. they were due May 15. Have not seen anything
Let's for a moment say you are right and I am wrong. If that statement was so powerful as you interpret, were is the buying?
Even if GM comes on board and ramps up to the size of Honda in a matter of months, the company is still losing money. That's what you guys don't get. So what if they get GM and still lose money? Losing money is losing money.
They need GM AND Ford to sign on and be at least the same size as Honda in order to make money. What are the chances of that?
replay the entire part spoken about GM and Ford. You are taking one sentence out of context. They basically said they are too small and GM/Ford are too dysfunctional. Neither would go but when pressed on GM and/or Ford as to which would possibly go first if at all (insert your statement here)
I don't think they could have been any more honest or clear. Which is a breath of fresh air for this company.
I encourage everyone to take the 20 minutes or so and listen for themselves.
wonder if Hall is still selling. He has already sold 60K shares this quarter. I don't understand why they don't have buyers lined up for insider selling.
I think I will buy more at $20.75 (or your $20.60) if it gets there. Like I said, this quarter looks good, nothing special, but good. Might as well collect the divy.
Made a lot of money a few years back when they had their secondary at $22.75 and caseyboy2 was telling everyone to buy. Another bad quarter with cash burn and it is time to short again.
$200M in accumulated loses. Never a profit even once
2 reverse splits, dozens of capital raises
misleading and outright bogus PR's (last year's Honda TLX PR for example)
CEO/CFO revolving door
Fraud and insider trading from a the PR firm
Can't name customers or suppliers
sounds like a SCAM to me.
I'm not short. Why can't you understand that? This is a SCAM company with many shady promoters. I am just alerting folks to the SCAM
This company should be private
Home Depot is rolling out 17 DC's this year. Not sure if you would count that as it would take 6 years to roll out their enterprise at that rate.
Jagid sure gets the last laugh on this.
