I'm glad they filed these patents and are doing some good research, but they need cash. Pretty quickly or their patents will be auctioned for pennies in BK Court.

Lacking in leadership, no bonuses and only small raises over the last few years.
Company is not currently profitable.
There are a few key people in the organization that do not take personal responsibility over their roles.
BMARS looks promising but is years away and needs much money to progress it. Amazing that such a small company can invent so much stuff. Can they capitalize on it?

I encourage all to go to the Nasdaq site and research "continued nasdaq listing requirements"
Company has shareholder equity of $2.6M and needs at least $2.5M to be continued to be listed. Will thus need to complete financing my end of quarter or they will get a delist notice as soon as they file their next 10Q
GOING CONCERN, delist notice........not good.

secondaries are typically limited to accredited investors (those with a net worth over $1M). To do what you are asking is time consuming and costly. Plus why would I buy at $3 when the price is sub-$2?
