unlike billy's that are chiseled into granite. I guess they are easier to sell when they are electronic or made of paper. Must be heavy carrying around all those granite certificates.
When the facts change, I change my mind. What do you guys do?
but if they suk and get fired for just doing a bad job, under this agreement, they vest in all their options and restricted shares. Glad they have skin so they can shop the company and get a payoff, but they also get a payoff for doing a bad job.
both the CEO and CFO have contracts extended with severance agreements. Both have little, if any, of there own skin in the game. They do have unvested options and restricted shares which have accelerated vesting rights in the event of a takeover. So they do stand to benefit if the company is sold or they are fired without "cause"
Avis' fleet costs going up due to lower value of used cars. This may force Avis into BK....again
Massively over levered. Interest rates going up means loan costs going up.
not in the US.
You are a hated man.
Your investment thesis on CDTI is to invest because dollars have to be converted to yen? Sounds like a weak thesis. Better to go short the yen then instead of investing in CDTI
because it doesn't matter little billy
You keep posting my trades according to your warped world of reality. I buy and sell all the time. You don't know how to do that or don't have the capital.
You realize no one on this board or any other board follows you, right? Loser
CDTI has numerous patents from other failed endeavors.
Honda could buy PM's in the US for their US plants. It's a world market.
IDSY could be one of the biggest 2015 stock winners. Everything is lining up. Expenses taken in 2014. Backlog. Sales set to explode. Potentially profitable. Low float. No debt. Cash on hand. caseyboy2 totally humiliated
headline just out:
BLOOMBERG COMMODITY INDEX EXTENDS DROP TO LOWEST SINCE 2009
useless post. Hope is not an investment thesis.
Show me where rare earth metals are going up in price. All metals are actually coming down. PT is at a multi-year low.
If the patents are so good, why don't they license them? That is the lowest cost way for them to monetize their IP. T
o date, not a single patent has been licensed.
One caveat with having plenty of time is watch the prices of silver and copper. If they surge, surely RVM will follow at some point. We have end of year tax loss selling going on here. Don't buy your entire position now, but you could pick up 1K, 2K, or 3K shares in the low 70c range to have an initial position.
Ford has 65 manufacturing facilities worldwide. 2 were recently built in Asia with plans for 6 more by next year. Currently, Asia produces 1.3M vehicles, with plans for 2.7M by next year. In comparison, US does a little over 3M vehicles. Europe does about 1.3M vehicles
So by next year, Asia will be almost as big as US. Ford has 6K units in US and Europe. Based on size, Asia could have 4K units. $10M potential just with Ford in Asia.
CLCT Asia just does not seem like it grew at all. The preliminary qtr numbers show a small decline in coin units from last year. Revenue may be the same as the qtr specials were revenue generators
Ford plants are huge. This is at least a $1M VMS deal. Good news just keeps on coming in.
Ford has 6K units installed. Largest VMS customer. The IDSY presentation did not even mention a possibility of Ford in Asia. This is new news
