in 6 months Ehrman has an analyst talking about profitability. 6 months!!! What the EFF was Jagid doing? Yet he gets rewarded with accelerated vesting and 15 months to exercise. His pay and bonuses for the last 5 years should be clawed back. I hope he never gets another job
so maybe more news coming? I would want to get this to a new 52 week high.
One analyst has a $7 target, 2 have $8 target, and B Riley has $9 target. A push above $7 means the $7 guy has to reissue guidance
then they issue a Buy, and sell it to their customers at $6.25 or higher. Nice work if you can get it.
dbtunr and associates issues a Buy Rating, company at profitability inflection point
we know there are like 1M shares out there from ex-employees/BOD looking to dump. When do they start selling?
why did it take Ehrman only 6 months to get an analyst to believe they would be profitable? What was Jagid doing? Why was he obsessed with Avis?
from their website. Rest is locked
IDSY ($5.67, Buy; $9.00 PT): Revitalized MRM and Data Analytics Play Breaking into Profitability; Initiating Coverage on IDSY with Buy and $9.00 PT
B Riley was an underwriter in the failed secondary at $22.75. I can't see how they are considered "new". I'd ike to hear the rationale from this guy.
B. Riley initiated coverage on ID Systems (NASDAQ: IDSY) with a Buy rating and a price target of $9.00.
B Riley has covered IDSY for years and years. So technically, the re-initiated coverage
good point. So instead of stealing 30c/sh, they only stole 15c/sh. EPS would be 10% higher with no bonus at all and maybe the shares would move.
Why not initiate a dividend which gets taxed at 15% to insiders instead of 39%?
Last presentation said P&G had 1300+ units, this PR says 1500.
15K still not under contract yet. P&G would be a 10% customer if they would just rollout 2X as fast.
so think about what you are saying. Your share price of ADP stays the same, and you get 1 share of CDK at $94? Obviously you are wrong
yup, CARB sales over. Losses in this current quarter could reach $2M or more. Next quarter has some promise as the new Acura line gets going, but it will still be a loss...again
