also keep in mind that Friday is dividend reinvest day. Typically, the shares are bought 1-2 days prior by the houses and that pushes up the stock a little bit.
I disclosed even before the Russell Index thing that I would trade out within one week. I was strictly trying to get in before a PR and hoped that the PR would pump it. I even said such.
I also surmised earlier in the year BEFORE the auditor gave the GOING CONCERN that there would indeed be a GOING CONCERN. So I had previously covered this in another thread months before.
you and billy have no idea what you are talking abut with the warrants and their revaluation.
Deluded shares? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! dummy. Try DILUTED
this company is a SCAM. billy is a SCAM artist. When spanspur claimed in Q1 there would be a profit I got on his case too. He never admitted what he was trying to do.
DD? Profitable? You would follow some guy around who made such an absurd claim?
with expected good earnings in two days, no big deal. It will recover. This current quarter is at record results as well so far.
interesting in that the article has been out there all day and there are only 3 comments; 2 by me and one by a guy talking about Avis (the article, correctly, never mentioned Avis)
doesn't sound like things are going peachy. Almost a 20% revenue decline
is that before or after the company diluted itself and was forced to to a reverse stock split for the second time?
Funny how you can look up some arcane article from 3 years ago but can't find the words "GOING CONCERN" in the latest 10K
ad hominem attacks are the last vestige of a scoundrel
are earth metals would show up on the balance sheet as inventory or unfinished goods/raw materials. Obviously you are not an accountant.
If they were stockpiling millions in metals, then they are even dumber than I thought.
they could have vacated in June. The company was really not forthcoming on that. There could be a clause in the lease that demands prepayment when vacated.
How do you switch from this is the "worst company ever" to wanting to buy 5% of it? Especially when the company has done nothing to change your mind? No announcements of any substance.
you know it's also possible they prepaid their closed office. So there will be no increase in revenue in that case.
For the life of me, I can't figure out why you are so fixated on this.
pretty self explanatory.
no, the bad thing is when pre-pays RISE. Suppliers are demanding pre-payment. It is a sign of an underfunded company that could be forced into BK by a supplier.
