I hope MGN declares BK so that RVM can then buy the land for a song and make one big mine using their ROD.
Insiders are locked up now. Stop with the nonsense. The short position started before any insiders were selling almost 2 years ago. You should sell your 100 shares and move on.
I think part of the low volume is the fired BOD and VP of sales had a 30 day non-trade window after the quarter end which opens up soon. They then have 90 days from their last day of employment to exercise any options.
Sounds like the wife has a better job than you Lynne. You are an unemployed internet troll. at least she has an honest job.
What case Lynne? The case that exists only in your mind? Post the docket number.
You have made enough incriminating posts that MGN should go after you. I don't know why they don't.
There are no new lawsuits against MGN. Anyone can search dockets.justia for themselves.
Lynne is losing touch with reality.
anyone taking your advice will get hurt. if you don't know what you are talking about, then don't talk. there is no such thing as a fluid conversion ratio
wait, she doesn't have anything.
if you have a fixed M2M device with good cellular coverage, why would you need the more expensive satellite option?
If you have a container, do you need minute by minute updates? Or could you use the cheaper cellular when available?
If you are on the sea, why would not have just one satellite connection from the ship and have all the containers "linked" to that? Wherever the ship is, the containers on that ship are.
Satellite is only needed for maybe mining equipment, or remote site equipment. Satellite M2M is overhyped.
ORBC with a PE over 100 is becoming an excellent short candidate
this statement is totally untrue. $68.80 s only the price on the announcement date. The price fluctuates with the price of RAI stock price
no. $50.50 in cash + .2909 shares of RAI at whatever the valuation of RAI is as of the closing. Thus the discount to the $68+ price as announced at the time of the announcement
