why did they announce 1 week earlier than they said they were going to announce? This is all really weird.
Their PR in April said they would announce May 9 and they announced May 2 instead. -

if they announce no SOW #2, then what? It's true it might be worth $5 without Avis but there will be some serious selling in that event. And shorts are not even in to the company yet.

what ever stock or bond we are issuing or whoever we are buying is obviously not on good terms. This looks like a deal out of desperation done by someone who wants to keep their $770K job

Avis has moved on. It would not surprise me if Avis stops using the tech but just fulfills their payments.

ZIP was mentioned 36 times on today's Avis CC. In the last 2 years we were mentioned 3 or 4 times. This looks like a pilot at Corporate sites to me for ZIP.
