Your theory falls apart with Alzry and Gaparr, simply because you are giving them credit for being smart enough to gain Rosen's confidence. These two are complete morons who will continue to spew mindless nonsense long after the settlement is over. Unless of course, these two are part of a farther reaching "conspiracy". At any rate, I have become bored with them, chal, and the rest of the large cap crowd.. Time to move onward and upward.
I can't explain the basher with his 2.5 million settlement guestimation, he hit it on the head. hmmm.
I would assume that a confidentiality agreement was part of the settlement, at least on the specifics (evidently the monetary settlement figure still made it's way to the public, or did it?).
"Not all polyps are created equal" HaHaHa, you really need to get out more often.
Yeah, bassets are lopsided dogs- nothing graceful, which is part of their charm. They will ignore your commands completely if interested in something else at the moment. Only a tasty treat is guaranteed to get their attention. They also have no aggressive instincts whatsoever- the world's worst choice for a watch dog. Great with kids. The ultimate comfort dogs- no other dog has the same "huggable" factor.
Question: What is driving the price of ExLax- the 90% inside investors or the actual science?
Answer: You want both, but it is not the case.
I don't think the whiplash lawyers are concerned with RXPC one way or another- its just another company to push into a settlement. I'm sure they will talk about it sooner or later. They're not important; its the effect on RXPC going forward that's of interest to this MB.
Doesn't sound like ExLax does much of anything, other than discover polyps- much ado about nothing. As a general rule, you should get all polyps removed whether or not you think they will become cancerous. Find another company to adulate.
When your pooch goes to doggie heaven, consider getting a basset hound. They have intriguing personalities .
Does not the ExLax test also show if you have cancer developed? It better- the same logic applies to both companies. What's funny is your distortion of actual events leading up to the eventual takeover of RXPC. That and how you continue to overlook how RXPC's financial predicament will be rectified.
Oh well, no sense selling roses in a fish market. But do find out how the Whiplash Lawyers were paid if you can.
Look at the people lining up with an interest in AMBS lately. The NFL is very interested in their concussion research as a small example. There is much more, but you will have to do your own DD on it.
I will lead the horses to water only. Its up to you to do the rest.
Lack of detection in the blood stream means you do not have cancer. But I will concede one thing to you - your knowledge of poop is greater than mine (puppies and vets?).
You really think our Large Cap Bozo is connected with the Whiplash Lawyer Crowd? Interesting. Is there a way to find out how the money was raised, or is everything sealed- maybe the Bozo knows (my knowledge of legal machinations is thankfully limited- I am an idea person).
Living, do me a favor and ask him nicely. Maybe he will anonymously tell us what really happened.
Living, You said: "why are you always so early?"
I am an idea person- creativity is in my blood. I am used to starting things from scratch and seeing them thru to completion
- occupational hazard, as I like to call it.
The payday is infinitely higher for AMBS than it is for ExLax. And just as important -compare their respective management teams, AMBS is superior, hands down.
As I have told you day traders, Only a small percentage of your "mad money" should be dedicated to risky small biotech companies. And Never bet more on these companies than you can lose (a lesson I bet you learned from the housing bubble).
"If you can't poop in the device....." HaHaHa. Describe this device for us, inquiring minds want to know. Does it come with photo instructions?
Such a choice. I think I would stick with a simple blood test.
As usual all of these companies have their hats out looking for deep pockets to help them out. AMBS happens to have many interested parties in their pursuits- raising money under favorable terms doe not appear to be an issue.
Did you see on the IHub board- the settlement was 2.5 million dollars. Just like the Large Cap moron has been saying (ironic). Lakeshore is still questioning where the money is coming from. HEY LAKESHORE, if its not insurance, then there are deep pocketed investors lined up for the takeover who do not want their apple cart overturned by this.
Obviously if the money was not there, RXPC would not have settled that easily.
Damn, missed that plate again. Now where is the bubble wrap? You might want to revise your thinking on that one, Living.
Switch over to AMBS, if you already haven't. Good fundamentals with potential products, except of course no earnings= inevitable search for investors.
The comparison is apt. I see you left out a few notable things on EXAS- mainly the way the "home testing" is executed. Pooping on a paper plate and mailing it in for your results is not going to happen with anyone.
Pharma is full of companies that upon reaching FDA approval, no one buys the product. EXAS is surely to become one of them. In the meantime, the hype has already run its course. No reason to buy it, Living.
Is the agreement with Uni-Pharma still pending at this time? If so, in effect, it is NO agreement at all. Bashers keep saying RXPC gave away Onko-sure.
Dougie mac is far from my favorite person, but he is one shrewd son of a pup. Give him a little credit, he will sniff out the best terms, not the mantra bashers are mindlessly repeating.
Make that 17,000,000 shares on the bid- good.
Is this just the reaction of momo traders due to IHub breakout board reporting, or a legitimate climb from investors becoming re-aquainted with the situation? Let's find out.
Living, what do you make of Minh and Vinh Nguyen. Complete strangers (separated at birth?) or is there a connection between them. Just the fact they were both involved with RXPC during the same approximate time frame should give pause to anyone with a modicum of intelligence.
