graca foster has done a good job since taking over for bozo predecessor. an inflection point has been reached in oil production under her guidance. numbers for november should be at three year high/decent when reported in a month. for one, i hope she hangs in there.
surprise! hey, did you give up on PBR? The magic number for me is 8500. As you know, sold at the 17.30 level, bought back at 15.99 and taken to the wood shed shortly after. maybe i am fooling myself, i think the stock comes back after everyone throws in towel. The news was not that bad. Anyway, best wishes to you.
Hey little man, you are not insightful and much to your chagrin, you are not even funny - you really aren't. So, why don't you do us all a favor and leave the board, Trust me, you are the worthless POS, not PBR. Better yet, why don't you do humanity a favor a simply die. Trust me, no one would miss you.....you worthless POS.
I'm in total agreement with you. I think the stock rebounds next week. Besides the price increase, the government recognizes that a major problem exists and thus, there is a "hint" that the government will further address this pricing problem i.e. that some kind of formula exists. I think that short term ,this is a plus - although I do not trust these liars and that such a formula even exists. However, all considered, I believe for the short term, what came out of this meeting is a major positive for PBR stock next week.
hey, i'm moving off the other post. still holding my breathe on government decision. At least we made it (unscathed) through one more day. by the way, (also) nervous about the price of oil dropping - technically, we should find some support in the 90-92/bbl. area. let's hope we find some magic in this one over the weekend.
Happy Thanksgiving back. Just returned home. In some price increase form, the government has to throw PBR a bone. I am not sure that the 5 cent gas/10 cent diesel raise is real. So, I guess on Friday we find out - marginal price raises are better than nothing at all. I believe raises coupled with increased production will put a floor on the stock and send it back up some. If the government totally stuffs the company, we are in trouble. However, as very concerned as I am, I just don't feel this will happen. We need the daily production to approach/get up to 2.1 million bbls. day to get people semi-excited...but first, have to get past 2 mil/day which should happen no later than Nov. production. Good luck to us both tomorrow!
Very true. Hey man, I read your comments on the platform installments etc.. You are more informed than I gave you credit for and for that my apologies...Hope is a four letter word but I hope I hang in there close to purchase and the stock begins to rebuild within the next week. Off to work...
Nobody likes this company, not even me. But, the psychology is so bad on the company that I got back in. I dumped when the 11/22 meeting was postponed. It did not feel right - why would a meeting be postponed when the objective of the meeting was so obvious? The reason for the postponement I figured; only if the government was going to say "no" So I sold. I believe today was a buying opportunity on panic. If I'm wrong, my goal is to be wrong no more than 50 cents/share. Not a trader, but you are close - in the financial services industry and I am sick of the the chronic complaining on this board....so I decided to stand up and be counted. If you are in at 21, you have been in quite a while - that is tough. I would be in heaven if I got 2 points out of it. We will see if I get taken out to the wood shed tomorrow. If I do, I'll just have to deal with it.
Well i did. That is the trouble with jokes like you. I only posted here (I'm not a serial poster like you probably are #$%$) because nobody wants to admit they own this POS...isn't that what everyone calls it. Well I re-bought it today and I'll stick with it but, if I'm lucky and it pops tomorrow, I will write some protective calls. You must own it at a higher price which is why you are a skeptic - like I said cry baby, quit whining. All you posters are nothing but cry babies. Thank you for affirming what I said in the first note.
I bought in big today at 15.99 - really. I read the same story on the gasoline (5 cent) and diesel (10 cent) raise. If this story is correct, this is a big plus. Also, the Brazilian November production (I know October production has yet to be announced) should be well over 2 million barrels/day. I hate these government lying a-holes. Still, I sold all my shares last week at 17.29 and I like the odds with my replacement shares. PBR is not coming up totally empty on the pricing front and oil production is finally increasing. I'm very concerned that the selling "heat" might continue tomorrow, but that's the chance we all take. So, try to take it like a man you cry baby wimps.
Just read it. The dirty socialists stall again. Meeting to be held "the 28th or 29th" I imagine, they will need three months to decide yes or no, if not longer. A bunch of fakers and stalling liars.
The acid test was the stock not going lower after earnings report. No matter what your argument is, the bottom line is that the stock held up. It didn't go higher, but it did hold up.
I agree with everything you say except the stock going sub-$9. The market has been too strong and ultimately, I believe the old phrase, a rising tide lifts all boats, will apply to CLMS even though it is truly one of the weakest boats.
Time will tell my friend. Yours are quality comments so keep me informed. Until then, I continue to feel (price) good as to where I entered into my position. I will feel a lot better on a technical basis when the stock pushes higher/breaks above 10.20/share and stays there/goes higher. Regards...
I was a little more fortunate. In at 15.49 and out today at 16.79...early, but enough was enough with the government mucking everything up. Happy with what I made. Bottom line - I couldn't agree with you more!
If this is the case, then what about all of the other insider buys - including his son Nick. Is all of this buying the same retirement of the "float"? In any case, volume heavy, very heavy on Wed. and I still like the my entry point. I think the stock is very close to the bottom and possibly bottom in on Wednesday...we will see. Thanks very much for the input.
