just think how much data is flying back and forth from air to ground when this awful incident happened
crazy one minute shorts all over this, drag the stock down all the bad news, now everything is roses, what's the real deal on charges, are they still pending.
helping the shorts. I wish management would give us some good news soon, where is the patnership we were promised???
she was the cause of the tumble, and shorts jumped on it.
shorts have death grip, but as management keeps announcing these new deals we will see strong performance going into next earnings.
FDA said you put these specific warnings or you don't get approved, they had to bend over or go BK. 173 million in debt, forget the warrants, millions of restricted shares that will be dumped once they come available for selling. Need huge cash infusion to launch, forget the ongoing extra trials. What about insurance coverage??? Cost to patients Just don't see a market of 3.4 billion.... so many unknowns.
Look FDA and MNKD management already had these discussions, they knew this was a make or break for them, burned through millions for years. MNKD asked for black box is total BS, FDA I believe, told them you put these warnings on or you dont get approved. FDA set the parameters not MNKD
what's the cost, who pays, smokers out, children out, asthma/poor lung function out, leaves about 29 million, then you have all the competition from big pharma, market cap 3.4 billion over priced boys worth about 5 to 6 a share
also everyone is expecting a dilution, will need to raise capital. Anyone else, or am I off.
funny they did not mention is article?
with netural rating target 27?? Your kidding right? This appears that they are creating pocket of weakness for big money to step in on the cheap, flushing out any weak hands and tight stops. IMHO.
money is waiting for Alibaba to go IPO. Thoughts?
expect some buying on the rebalancing. FYI.
I think new1porsche said it better then I could, Just concerned that more litigation and interpretation will be entered into the fray. Never thought it would go this far, and that someone would have stepped in and bought them by now..
company is a money making machine. Buy on these dips
Supreme Court upholds software patents, but sets limits • 1:15 PM
In a closely-watched case, the Supreme Court has upheld the patentability of software concepts, albeit while setting limits: Companies can't patent a mere abstract idea on a computer, but can patent software ideas that advance or improve upon existing ideas.
The ruling comes a month after Sen. Pat Leahy shelved a hotly-contested bill aimed at limiting the power of patent trolls. Many tech giants and startups backed the bill, while IP licensing firms staunchly opposed it.
