"Retaining key leadership and our talented employees is a top priority for Linn Energy as we engage in this process and maintaining continuity of leadership will help secure the best possible outcome for the company,"
a company spokesman said on Friday.
Linn's board approved cash incentive awards totaling about $15 million for six executives, including Chief Executive Officer Mark Ellis.
THEY TANK THE COMPANY AND THE BOARD GIVES THEM MORE MONEY, #$%$ PEOPLE....
the good thing about this company is it wont get hit if the politicians decide to go after the biotech companies since GKS is based in the UK
Put your panties back on, that is DOA. I'll never pass. Seems you are gloating about something?
Does anyone here cares that the total liabilities is just shy of total assets? and long term debt is growing. I am looking at this stock as a first time investor. I was a holder of Verizon for 10 years and the high debt prompted me to exit my position for good today at 51. Also can anyone explain why the drop in price from the high 60's to current? Comments are welcome.
Why do you people do this, there are many that lost thousands of dollars with this stock, there is no time to gloat here only sadness for the people who the lost the money and believe in this company. Please, stop fighting and acting almighty.
Why don't you people go after Target? by the way they pay minimum wage. The constant bashing of Walmart is boring. You wanted higher wages, well, it comes at a price, closing stores and laying off thousands of people, enjoy!
Really? where is the link?, there is no such article, stop spreading lies.
well, it tends to go down after it hits 36 and change, are we getting a repeat of the same pattern? Maybe...this has been a stock that trades in channels, up and down all the time, same price range. The question this time is could the pattern be broken with the purchase of direct tv? I hope so, lol
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I was looking to invest in this company however the high debt is troublesome for me as a conservative investor. The main reason for looking at stocks like this one is our government will not go after them since they are located in another country, howevefr the debt is making me pause.
Cop does not have the refinery business anymore is a pure play now, CVX and others are integrated so they get hit less. Then you have the talking head taunting a dividend cut. Overall not a good situation for cop. I don't think the dividend will be but this year. I think oil will bounce in the upper 40's later on. I also think we hit bottom for oil when it dropped to 26, 27, that was the bottom which wa 10 dollars if you account for inflation.
It already did when it hit 27 if you account for inflation......oil made the bottom already.
I think this stock started going into the toilet once Costco dropped them, I think is going lower, much lower, try 40's next time.
the matrix MLP's uses could be a thing of the past if oil does not recover, some of them will go belly up. In any case I am a new investor and was looking at the balance sheet and cash flow, so thank you for your concern.
