Agree. What's with the SA "All AMRN eyes.."? What a fabricated issue. Whether the weekly scripts INCREASE is what SA thinks is should be for THIS week.? Get a life SA and AF. AMRN has offered no guidance, rightly so. Rest assured, scripts will be increasing now weekly for YEARS to come.

With the downdraft in the market today, shorts realize this is one of the last opportunities to cover.
They have milked this dry and the bottom is in. With all impending positive catalysts, they realize the run up is about to commence and this could very quickly get away from them -

How many recorded deaths attributed to caffeine overdose from their energy drinks have there been?

other compounding health issues. That's why these law suits, etc are going nowhere...Monster may add
some more warnings on cans, but that about it. Something like: This drink contains caffeine. Do not drink if you do not like caffeine or caffeine doers not like you. Do not consume more than 20 cans within a hour, etc. -
A better pick here would be RGR...stronger financially (SWHC has ton of debt) and pays a divi..

Volume speaks volume!. After 20 minutes, up nicely on nearing the entire volume for yesterday's down day.

Interesting to note the only analyst comments reported by Yahoo under their "Headlines" section was the negative, a down grade by Gabelli. UBS

UBS reiterated buy this morning...negatives already priced in. Upside from here.

I am betting on it. All these suits will be dead on arrival. Look at GMCR (Caffeine galore!)
surging tonight on earnings...lots of caffeine there! SBUX joining them...obviosuly they're
not concerning about government flunkies and caffeine lawsuits. MNST is VERY attractive
now with pps.. -

There have been many instances of marathon runners overhyrdating to the extent it interferes with electrolytes and causes death. (As happened to a woman in the Boston Marathon recently).

Traders by definition have no inkling of the fundamentals of the stocks they trade....they look at a chart and .they buy because a stock is going up and sell/short when pps goes down.
