Post got abbreviated, regrading "USA is acting like whipped dog", that might be better than acting like a rabid dog.

I was surprised at how swiftly it broke to the upside (in late January) thru $3 a share, I'm not so surprised with the pullback. (Especially given WSTL's recent purchase of someone other than WTT). If it falls under 2.50 I will be placing some buy orders. I don't think they will release the financials until late March, as in March 31. For me, it would be nice for the price to keep falling before the earnings come out, as it could present the last good buying opportunity (and a chance to replace the shares that were sold recently).

ITSI earned 7 cents this quarter (voting segment actually had $58K of operating income, yippee!!)
$11.9m in cash, about 91 cents a share, working capital of $11.4m
Contract backlog $2.9m (primarily related to voting contracts with unrelated customers)
Will this be the last financial statement for ITSI? (I would think so).

I actually bought a little bit Wednesday, 1000 @ 6.10, that probably deserves a "thumbs down" too.

I haven't bought any just yet, I might buy if the price went under $5 but I have no idea on how to value this company anymore, especially given the hostile nature of regulators. How much money will Ricky waste in pursuit of his "TV dream"? I hope the interim financials are released next month, it would be nice to see where they are with the balance sheet.

Noticed the HK shares are halted, press release states, "At the request of Hong Kong Television Network Limited (the “Company”), trading in the shares of the Company has been halted with effect from 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, 11 March 2014 pending the release of an announcement in relation to inside information of the Company".

    I haven't a clue as to why.

These past few years I have been tempted to short stocks but have refrained from doing so. When I first started investing in 2000, I tried to occasionally short stocks, but it usually ended with me banging my head against a wall. (I remember "covering" my GM short position in April 2002 at $63 a share. If only I could have held out a little longer I could have made a "pantload", but I couldn't take it anymore). I have the utmost respect for anyone that can short stocks successfully. I never really seemed to have the timing, nerve, or patience to short stocks successfully.
But with so many over priced stocks right now, (I think even a stock like HSY is expensive), I also have been tempted to pull the trigger on some short positions, but haven't done so (yet).

Who can say what amount of annual revenue WTT will add in the future? WTT's "Network Solutions" revenue was $9.3m in 2011, $14.3m in 2012, and thru the first 9 months of 2013 it totals $16m. Although not as cheap as it was, WTT still isn't expensive. WTT has $28m of working capital (and growing), do about $16m of gross profit annually, have beaucoup carryforwards ("The Company has a domestic net operating loss carryforward......of $23,100,000 .....a foreign net operating loss carryforward of $23,400,000), and, as stated before, WTT has a growing, profitable, "Network Solutions" segment. With all that going for it, maybe it doesn't matter if WSTL is interested or not. (But WSTL has 17m shares in it's treasury bought at a price just under $2. WSTL stock is now over $4, they really need to do something with that stock).

I guess it's anybody's guess but they do have to file with the SEC, so keeping checking the SEC website,...

"The Company plans to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) an Information Statement on Schedule 14C (the “Information Statement”) and a statement on Schedule 13E-3 (the “13E-3”) in connection with the Merger and the Reverse Stock Split. The Merger and Reverse Stock Split will be consummated promptly following the date 20 calendar days following the date on which the Information Statement is first mailed to shareholders of the Company".

It's been about three weeks since the "going private" announcement. You would think that a company this small would not have a hard time getting this deal done. We will see.

Well, we have the dividend. Not much but it is definitely sustainable (and appreciated by me)
Euro still strong, that should "goose" earnings report for the 4Q, but Covage organic growth should continue (and maybe surprise and knock socks off one of these days, I still hold out hope)
MassBroadband should start contributing this year, not much but it's something to look forward to. Would be nice to see an exciting new NA project announced this year. (Maybe project financed by some debt offering).
I read that Cantor Fitzgerald initiated coverage on Axia today, "buy" rating with a C$4.50 price target. I can live with that. (But I still think it can go higher. Covage can still surprise to the upside on of these days. $5 American is my target, has been for years now. I can wait).
