I would think maybe 2 weeks.....I am still surprised by no other "announced" interests in the company...maybe they are waiting for an official offer to come in to see where the starting point is....This company is being bought out...its just a matter of who and at what price......Will Bozo stubbs make an offer??...they certainly have the money......they might as well....they ran it like they owned for the past 15 yrs that I know of.........Hard to ascertain a price....huge cost efficiencies with Duff and KLLM that give them leeway towards a higher bid over the stubbs....just wondering?...if the current management (stubbs) plays hardball with the change of ownership golden parachutes for the top unmanagement will they be sued? for incompetence and not fulfilling their fiduciary duties to the shareholders??....

Seen pics of a Nokia 1000 on-line...have not heard of it but the pic has the phone with 2 smaller buttons at the top of the right side and another smaller button moved to the very bottom of the same side...So now you can at least hold the darn thing with looking woospie....should have gotten rid of the bottom button all together.....

We always are increasing taxes and its never enough for our schools, yet a 10-15 yr on the job teacher is one of the very top paid state workers and for no better the students.....BTW, the internet can get rid of 50% of the teachers....

by vlev987 •May 12, 2013 12:47 PMI am in the camp that tablets will be passe' in a couple years....with the bigger smartphones, you can do just as much, which is usually playing around.....A tablet sized device w/keyboard such as the surface is ideal and is what I am assuming will be the norm.

Lumia or any other NOK smartphone will only become a super hit when they get rid of at least 1 button ( the bottom button) and hopefully the 2 bottom buttons that they now have on the one side, thus making it nearly impossible for a guy to hold it.

Stubbs don't own 50.1%....far from it....maybe his cronies and NYC guys together have a majority, but don't think for a min they care 1 bit about the fool, stubbs.....Duff has 5.8% plus mine.......and wants to take it private, which I don't understand......I will bet anything NYC wants out....

I think Pie Five is viable but not as is......Put it in a Subway sized strip mall space, get rid of the frills, make it more mid American and charge $5.00/ pie and maybe....Not going to have a lot of repeat biz with $6.29 pies which are the equivalent of 3 1/3 slices of a Little Caesar's or Domino's pie....Won't happen....

But its in play if Duff makes a bid.................If the BOD says no and no other offerforthcoming FFEX and BOD's will be sue, the Wellers will be sued, everyone will be sued.....and FFEX will BK if not bought out.....Stubb Jr is a fool and incompetent........All that FFEX had to do is hire someone from another big trucingk firm with proven experience, approx 3-5 yrs ago, and this would be moot......See... the stubbs don't have KLLM to merge with and make synergies with, a big advantage, a super advantage......Wellers don't want to lose it all, same with NYC shares......Stubbs been running this as a private piggybank for 15 yrs that I been with them and its over or he can buyout the whole company, I am sure he has the money, illicit money from FFEX.....We all know about the stubbs charging 3X normal rates for trailers to FFEX by a private company owned by the stubbs, what else?.....Who bought the FFEX held Airpro shares for a super sweet price of 3X earnings?????????.....WHO????......WHO????.....WHO?????......
