The reason I don't like SLV is that it is easily manipulated. When you think about it, more, less than rich investors, buy silver over gold. When silver gets a little too high, they increase the margin requirements which causes SLV to plummet. When that happens, it's because( I believe ) banks like JPM short the hell out of SLV and other investments driving the little guy out. Let's face it, the powers that be don't want the little guy getting rich. If you want to buy silver, then buy the bullion. Someday you will need it to buy things and pay bills By the way, I've read that big banks illegally sell more contracts than is allowed and nothing is done about it. BUYER BEWARE
