I believe he sincerely thought that and he should've. The right management probably could have this sitting at $10!! Great technology horrible management. I knew something was wrong the day this got approved and went from 1.20 up to like 2.20 and right back down lol. God I was #$%$!!! Lol

Hybrid Develops Anti-Graffiti Coating With Fortune 500 Partner
San Francisco CA, November 5, 2015 -- (MARKET WIRE) – Hybrid Coating Technologies Inc. (HCTI: OTCBB) is pleased to announce that one of its Fortune 500 coating partners has recently developed an anti-graffiti coating based on Hybrid’s non-isocyanate platform technology. According to a recently published article, graffiti clean-up in the US has grown to a $12 billion industry in the past year and is expecting to continue to grow as graffiti based vandalism increases. Cities and municipalities are passing various legislation that dictate how quickly property owners must remove graffiti from their properties. Traditional removal methods are expensive and time consuming often requiring the use of toxic solvents. The anti-graffiti coating based on Hybrid’s technology can be cleaned using high pressure water spraying and does not require the use of any solvents in the entire clean-up process. “We are happy to add yet another product in our portfolio that addresses a large vertical in the polyurethane industry,” said Joseph Kristul President and CEO, “As we continue to execute on our business strategy of having a presence, in conjunction with a large partner, in every major sector of the polyurethane industry, to maximize sales and market penetration.” Hybrid’s new partnered product is the only non-isocyanate polyurethane anti-graffiti coating in the world. Hybrid’s Fortune 500 partner is finalizing certain testing on the coating after which it will launch commercially. This is a great example of the types of products that Fortune 500 and other partners can develop using Hybrid’s technology. In this way as the polyurethane industry starts to move away from isocyanates, companies can develop their own products using Hybrid’s technology and purchase binder (the non-isocyanate part of the product) directly from Hybrid rather than purchasing isocyanates as they do today. Hybrid anticipates that in the future many more companies will respond in this way as regulators continue to crack down on isocyanates and Hybrid’s technology may very well become one of the main replacements of isocyanates for the entire industry. Over US$16 billion of isocyanates are sold globally each year.

"This is the first of numerous other definitive commercial agreements that the company is working to finalize in the near future." The company is at different stages of discussions and negotiations with several other partners and expects to enter into additional definitive commercial agreements for both coating and foam based products in the near future.

Go to ihub.. Don't waste your time here arguing with people that have nothing better to do with their time than hangout on the board of a company they don't like. Obvious agendas here. They spew their BS here because they will get owned on a more knowledgeable board.

  • Ottawa, Canada and Miami, USA / TheNewswire / September 21, 2015 - Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., (YFI;TSX.V) the manufacturer of multi-channel WiFi3(TM) technology for high-density WiFi in stadiums, campuses, commercial and large public venues, is pleased to announce, in partnership with G2 Industries, the deployment of WiFi3(TM) at Haiti's Panamax Port - Port Lafito facility owned by GB Group and operated by SSA Marine.

The 130,000 m2, state-of-the-art Port Lafito facility opened in June 2015 and is the deepest port in the country located 20km from the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince.

"Our Port Lafito WiFi network installation was designed to remotely connect all of the port workers as well as support technical operations and visiting ships. With WiFi3(TM) we are already outperforming expectations and providing seamless coverage and connectivity - even in areas with high interference" said Joey Gutierrez, Managing Partner for G2 Industries "We had a significant challenge to provide complete coverage given that shipping containers tend to block and interfere with WiFi signals. WiFi3(TM) technology was integral to G2 Industries being able to address the interference and high-density issues at Port Lafito.

G2 Industries worked extensively to solve the unique challenges for delivering an effective WiFi solution throughout such a large and complex facility. Edgewater Wireless WiFi Access Points powered by WiFi3(TM) are the best solution for this high-density, high-interference deployment to provide fast, reliable WiFi connectivity to port workers' mobile devices and support technical operations remotely.

"G2 Industries has delivered early success in our partnership working with GB Group to deliver a wireless network powered by WiFi3(TM) at this state-of-the-art facility at Port Lafito." said Andrew Skafel, CEO of Edgewater Wireless "We are working closely with G2 Industries to expand opportunities with GB Group to support other port operations and corporate facilities. We are very proud to have G2 Industries building opportunity for Edgewater Wireless in the CALA region.
