I doubt it, officially, as of last proper disclosure, there are currently 3 employees. All execs, I doubt they would be posting here. Or anywhere else. But, volume is up to 120K, price is $0.845, so maybe something is finally starting to shift.

What you describe is the reason IVOB did not hit $5 after FDA approval. If FDA came first, it would have, probably higher. They seem to put all their eggs into the US basket, hoping that traditional US leadership will help them hit the ground running, rather than wasting resources in foreign markets they little understand trying to get things moving. Strategic decision I think, but who knows if it was the right one, or frankly, if I am am even correct in my assumptions about their strategy. If I were you, I'd have the done the same and sold, I'm sure you did very well.

You might want to look a little closer to home when accusing countries and people of starting wars.

Russian-Turkish relations are and always have been strained, back to Czarist and Ottoman times. But yes, this situation is not dissimilar to the domino effect of treaties and alliances that resulted in the unmitigated disaster of WW1, which set the stage for the even more blood soaked century that followed. That war led to the collapse of European civilization just as it was reaching its zenith, it led to the Russian Revolution and Communism/Satlinism, it led to the rise of Hitler and Nazism, the slow disintegration of the British Empire, the immediate disintegration of the Ottoman Empire, the drawing of artificial borders for the disastrous ME we see today, the march towards a realized Zionism, everything! The assassination of the crown prince of a dying, almost irrelevant Austro-Hungarian Empire started the dominoes tumbling and it didn't stop until 20M dead, and that was just the introduction for the bloodiest century in human history. The only bright light here is that hopefully, leaders are wise enough to recall all that, and NOT march to war shouting "the boys will be home by Christmas". If Turkey does invoke article 4, it will be a test of just how seriously NATO and Europe regard Turkey as an ally. I strongly suspect they won't because Europe, especially Germany, is not going to risk everything, again! If they invoke 4, they won't get it and Turkey will be defacto excommunicated from NATO, and their dream of joining Europe will be at an end. Maybe it should be. They know this, and they will not invoke article 4. They won't be shooting down any more Russian jets either, strongly suspect they have been told in no uncertain terms by NATO (read USA).

the mother of all PR's will stop the slow decline

A little brother would do fine right now to stop the slow decline :-). BTW, this is a slow decline on insanely small volume. There are 136M shares out there folks. Not sure what the restrictions are on any that were issued as compensation to get here, but I doubt there would have been any onerous restrictions. People aren't selling, not really. They aren't buying yet either. In a case like that, tie goes to the sellers and the SP comes down. Usually, an OTC Pink equity with 136M OS and recent FDA approval, awaiting an update on plan of action would be trading a higher volumes, as people jockey for position. Tells me the vast majority of current SHs are believers and they are not selling. That leaves an effectively tiny float of shares in either weak, transitional or agnostic hands, so volume is pretty pathetic all things considered. That's the rosy assessment, there's a darker one I guess, but I'm a believer still, just wish the process would pick up speed, as likely do most of you.

Because Iran brought down the towers? London subway, Madrid train station, Beirut, Ankara, Paris x2? Why exactly do the people of "downtown Iran" deserve to die in the 10s of millions? ISIS, Al Qaeda are Sunni extremists, Iran is Shia, they abhor each other. Do you know anything at all? About anything at all? "Downtown Iran" will be surprised to hear they are a city state. Before you order the strike that has them vaporized, can you tell us what language they speak in Iran? Without googling? Do you have children? Please say no.

So when the other cops at the scene are put on the stand and asked why they did not fire, what do they say? Usually when a suspect is surrounded by cops with their guns drawn and pointed, the first cop to fire, justified or not, sets off a hysterical chain reaction and they all join in. Many examples of this on video and thousands more not on video. In this case, that didn't happen, at all. The other cops must have stood there dumbfounded wondering what the hell he was shooting, and shooting, and shooting for. Let's see whether they actually say that on the stand. Something similar happened in Toronto a couple of years ago. Even worse in some ways. Sami Yatim, look it up.

I've had him on ignore for some time now. There is NO scenario in mav's mind that would NOT justify the shooting of a young black man. That makes him what?

I get the impression that most of the units used to date have been for trials or studies, so there won't be any revs for those. They have had approval in many other jurisdictions for years now, and if they were actively purusing sales and/or marketing there, we'd know about it, and they would not have gone silent. The US just has a way of blazing a trail that others will follow, so I expect the execs figured the best way forward was to hibernate, support the studies and trials, but to wait until FDA nod before launching in a big way, or accept investment or BO. I'm not surprised that we haven't seen anything from the company yet after the FDA announcement, but I am surprised we haven't seen any 'journalism', such as is these days, on the subject. Excepting that fool dragni, which is originally written in crayon then transcribed by an adult.

  • I'd call it the Lemming market, but that would be an insult to Lemmings, who don't actually do that. It's like WS just shows up with a big directional sign saying "dump your money here", and you do, and then they collect it and go home patting themselves on the back for a good day's work. Nothing honest, productive or in any way good for the country, certainly not good for the people fleeced, but they don't care. Obama's most terrible legacy really, and he was in a position to do something about from day one.

I think quid is correct. They didn't say that in their update, but they didn't have to. They issued 50M shares to pay for ongoing trials and expenses. It seems they made a conscious decision not to pursue global sales until they had the FDA nod in hand. That's how I see it. I expect effectively zero revs when the fog is lifted, and I pray most SHs see it that way too, because otherwise it will likely result in a drastic, albeit temporary, drop in SP. I'd love to be wrong, but I really don't think I am in this case. Sales will be negligible.

You're really not that bright pud, simple as that. Where do you think we would be now if that part of the world hadn't been thoroughly mind phlucked by global powers, because of their oil, over the last 70 years or so? And especially over the last 15. Learn some history. Or shutup. Every onec in a while I will come back to this board and I never fail to see an idiotic post from you, usually on first click. There are worse of course, but you pretend to be intelligent, convinced of it I'm sure. You're not. Obsessed, sure, but intelligent, or even rational? Nope. This board is a sad place really, it's where idiocy goes to spend its retirement.

Sorry, that comment was in bad taste, the original post was just dumb baiting, but I should know better. A little frustrated as well. My apologies.

What's scary is that you might have children one day, or, heaven help us and them, you already do.

See Shorthounds posts answering this same question many times. Be patient is the only advice available, from me also. They are busy doing what needs doing, takes time. Hard to watch while junk goes viral, like KBIO, but....

They were shuttering because they had nothing left to offer. What exactly would those buying into a secondary be buying into? A retail ponzi? There will be no secondary.

    Welcome to Shkreli's America

I don't touch scams, long or short. Rigged is rigged. But if you are in this either way, you will lose money, guaranteed. But you're clearly very clever, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

  • Half the country is busy pounding fists and stomping feet over the entry of 10000 people, including children, who have nothing and have lost much of their family to boot. Meanwhile, on WS, the transfer of wealth continues unabated, apparently legal too. Wonderful of those governors, GOP candidates and the witch Hillary to protect America from those evil orphans and to promise war as far as the eye can see, but they won't even discuss the hollowing out of a once great country by WS. Unreal. Our children and grandchildren and every generation to come will refer to the one that let this happen as the Greedy Coward Generation, or a collection of generations, led first and foremost by the boomers, but not finding much resistance in those that followed. Shkreli is a hero in this America. If you know anything about him, then that's all you need to know about the state of America's moral character in 2015.
