Their valuation does not correlate with a company that relies almost exclusively on advertising revenue based on their popularity. Think about it. What would happen if people got tired of facebook?
Why has FB recently decide to allow teens to make their posts public? Besides alienating a majority of parents and exposing teens to potential predators, is this a sign of waning interest in facebook among teens? Just a food for thought.
AMD beat every single metric but gave a conservative guidance (most companies do) and the so-called "analysts" act like its going BK so that their employees and clients can cover their shorts. Just watch how this stock falls and short interests evaporates over the next month or so.
This BS is brought to you by people who think that most people prefer to play games on tablets and that PC is dead. They don't understand the gamer community nor the role of a PC in 21st century. Don't fall for that #$%$. AMD will be a $5+ stock by January.
Worst case scenario is that they will be bought out by Sony or Microsoft at $5 or more. AMD valuation is only $3billion and their patents are probably worth more than that now.
AMD numbers should be a good indicator of where SNE is going short term, assuming all other things remain constant and there is no default.
I don't think you understand the Sony's culture. They will not gloss over it like Apple does but if you read the news you will realize that this is not that big a deal.
Standard practice, in case you haven't been paying attention. This is also another proof that the demand for PS4 is very high.
I don't use their service. I just don't think that in-your-face advertising is the ethical way to make money. But then again, I don't expect you to understand that.
