Yeah, I have a comment fraudster --
"where is that IDIX / GILD agreement that you promised would be released. You know, the one you said was signed two days ago???
LOL! you fool
"But of course, I am a dope, a schmuck, and I know nothing."
Ahhh, you finally see the light! Congratulations!
Oh, just because you said that she is the foremost biotech patent attorney doesn't mean that it is true. You've lied about most other things. Why would you change now?
Oh, I'm still waiting for that settlement announcement that you promised would be out today -- another of your lies.
Perhaps you should read adnilwagner 's post above.
Basically, what he said was "just because IDIX threw a lot of sheeeet at the wall doesn't mean that any of it will stick."
Sorry, but the investment pros that own tens of billions of dollars in GILD stock are far smarter than you.
The stock has a history of splitting when it stays above 75-80. However, there are not enough shares in the treasury to allow for a 2 for 1 split. I expect either something less than 2 for 1, or the company asks shareholders to approve an increase in the number of treasury shares -- which would then allow the customary 2 for 1.
Well slick, retail investors who had the smarts to actually buy GILD found it pretty easy to win. Let me illustrate:
35 to 75 in the last 12 months
20 to 70 in the last 24 months
17 to 70 in the last 42 months
6 to 70 in the last 120 months
Perhaps you could list a few of the stocks that have won more for the retail investor, versus the thousands that have not.
Well, you see, my dopey friend, the signing of papers would be, as the SEC says, a "material event."
Material events must be announced as soon as they occur..
No announcement means no signed papers, my dopey friend.
Why would LUV institute baggage fees, when the lack of fees lets LUV steal the legacy carriers' passengers that don't want to pay fees?
3) Because they've sold heavily for the last 5 years
4) Because they've sold heavily fort he last decade
Question for ya, dopey.
If this is such great news for IDIX, why is IDIX down MORE than GILD on a percentage basis?
I think the market is telling you something.
You know what they say:
advice is worth what you pay for it
since your advice costs nothing, it must be worth nothing.
Well my dopey friend, the market seems to disagree with your assessment. The market's telling you IDIX gets zilch.
Short interest in IDIX has been increasing pretty much in a straight line sine 1/15/13. It went up about another million shares as of 11/15.
