You mean get out of your short position before you are fried? Yes, I agree. Thanks for the warning!
I'm someone's alias? Thanks for letting me know. I never would have guessed. Actually I'm not. I'm just an exasperated long who has been on the losing side of this stock for years. The better the news, the worse the performance. If some company announced they were going to buy SQNM out for ten dollars a share the stock would drop to a dollar. I'm long 45,000 shares at around three dollars a share. I hope to get even sometime in the next friggin decade. By the way, I've already lost tens of thousands on previous holdings. Management seems to be able to run the business fairly well but are horrible at investor relations and every time they present at a conference they drive the price down. I wish they would hire someone who could communicate some enthusiasm and positive feelings about SQNM and its future.
How do those words taste? Like a mouthful of #$%$? Enjoy!
Maybe later in the day I will point one out-Sequenom. Revenue grew by 81 percent. It didn't grow 85 percent. Oh boo-hoo.
Be prepared for terrible. I'm long, very long, but if there is one thing Sequenom can be counted on its their uncanny ability to disappoint. If it's up over a dime at the open I will be surprised.
No egg on their faces. There are no consequences for their blatant manipulation. They have succeeded in lowering the price to get out of their or their clients short positions. If there were any justice they would be doing five to ten years in prison. Robbing retail investors is legal and profitable.
I hope your liberal wife answered that the Bengahzzi (sp)" fiasco" was an attack on our embassy like a hundred others before it and there is no scandal there except for the phony attempt to make it into a scandal by right wing lunatics and their not so bright followers. The Christie scandal on the other hand is real and shows everyone exactly how Christie rolls. He's a bully and he set the tone for what happened. Notice that while he gave a credible explanation that the cause was not retribution for the mayor not supporting him he didn't bother to ask the responsible parties why they did what they did. How hard would that have been to do? He knows the answer would only make him look worse so he pretends he has no knowledge of or interest in finding out why it happened.
Minutes before the news that Aria's drug was back on the market I tried to put an order in to buy at 6.03. It had jumped to 6.40 and was halted. So this stock has gained a whopping 33 cents since the drug was put back on the market. I know it ran up on rumors prior to approval but 33 cents? That's absurd. I think it will fly sometime soon but it's hard to understand how it could be shot down to this level.
