It ain't show me mode Tables!!! Robot is NOT a wound care company!!! Millennia did heavy lifting and gathered info on 100 wounds yet didn't succeed in comercializing the potential of Autologel!!! Nonetheless it's a good deal for Nuot; in the presence of zero opportunity to move Aurix 1.5 mill is great. Again, for about a100 time: the financial engineering is in place, not real sales. The Aldagen boys seem to be a real problem though as they seem committed to unload at .35. If it's intersouth trying to recoup the 5 mil $ they were forced to buy CYTo stock with during the Aldagen takeover, it's going to be a while clearing the.35 barrier. One has a little better chance on making money with Nuot than on the blackjack table! Yet, there is no much downside at this level! Any news on the new fiscal year guys?

do you remember the BASF slogan from a few years back: " We dont make a lof the products you buy, we make a lot of the products you buy better!"..... Millenia was useful as they compiled evidence on 100 wounds; these guys bring 1.5 mil that Marty will gladly take, and so do i for that matter as nothing else is going right now, while those guys get their hands on a "technology." they specialize in generics/OTC products..... you connect the dots.

Canaan’s Bloch on Advanced BioHealing Buyout....... google it and read it. it will give you an idea of what these guys are trying to do here. marty tried to increase the "value" back when he bought Aldagen. At the time he was thinking the CMS approval was coming with no strings attached. once the partner learned of the CED, it walked away and you know what followed. later. we were told the confidentiality BS as a reason to not explain the non materialization of the partnership/potential merger/buyout......present day: enter Deerfield. 30 mil at 5.75 and almost 100mil warrants. the only way for them to cash in on the warrants is via a sale of the company. the canaans made about 15 times their investment....the only way for Deerfield to earn similar return is to gain full coverage. as i said before, marty seems to not have the weight to get it done, and thats why he needs to be let go or sell the company to a pharma that can get it done. the CED sales are BS, yet the baseline that they are going to be compared to is what, about few hundred grand...anyways its a mess, but we have a saying in my country that big fish is caught in murky waters....of course catching a big fish is never a guarantee. especially when a Marty is present.... another correlation: as long as the clones are here, nothing good to be expected.....this is Koko btw, my wife signed in

Agreed, but what I was saying is that the situation has been as it is since the Autologel, now Aurix, got FDA approval. The VA potential has been sitting there since then. Marty couldn't sell it to the VA and nothing should change that now.. As I said in the past: analyze Marty's and management's behavior in the light of the exclusive partner that walked away! Marty and co never planned to do the selling, they were banking on the partner to do that. Enter Tozer and Deerfield . Tozer is supposed to help sell, Deerfield should help with institutional support once on big board. No matter how you slice it, it will be great news if Marty is let go. In the light of what's going on there is no reason to hold to this until early next year. I asked someone else as well, but do you know what the new fiscal year will look like?

You need to do some calculation on the warrants outstanding. For the stock to move a new audience is badly needed; that's what the push to up list and the new aspect of the financial engineering: change in fiscal year! It's very likely that the stock hits low .20s. Any idea when the new fiscal year begins? That will change the dynamics a bit if they are trying to move Q1 earlier next year. Tough to figure things out as more dilution is certainly coming. Could be interesting gamble. Home run if full coverage( minus CED) is granted....no reason to hold the stock until next year.
