I think Jefferies might be upgrading MNKD to strong buy after 1st qrt sales with a price target in the $20's If MNKD isn't between $30 to $60 by then due to massive shortmsqueeze
Didn't Kim buy shares of INO between .06 cents share and .63 cents a share. Does that make him a lowlife ? The RS obviously made no difference in institutional, intererest as far as paying 4x what most could have bought INO for had no RS been implemented. Your rationalizations just don't hold water. The PPS history since RS clearly tells the tale and now Kim resorts to buying about 5% of shares he once owned back for over 15x what he paid 3 yr ago to try and get some upward price action. So far it's working but wait till the traders take their profits and shorts knock it down again.
Unless SCLP.L vaccine platform becomes household name and leaves INO and it's shareholders wishing they had bought SCLP.L instead.
Wow this post is so good I had to switch to this SN and bump it myself :0)
Wilberpepino and all others who make such statements trying to justify RS including the most common post about RS did effect share value which was true 1st day but surely is not true once you factor in what happened to PPS afterward and that losses are greater with 75% less shares. Correct me if I'm wrong but pre RS PPS was $3.60 day before RS was discovered in SEC filing giving INO a MC of $864m and soon afterward PPS plummeted to $2 and dipped below $2 a couple times. But at $2 MC was at $480m almost 50% less than 52 wk high of $3.95 when MC was $948m about $300m more than today's MC of $648m and that's after Ph 2 results that supposedly validate the science and derisk the stock. Need I say more ? ok but I will anyway ....do the math and the RS announcement I warned everyone against was the direct reason for the 50% slide and it still hasn't fully recovered being down over $300m / over a 1/4 billion in MC from pre RS high. The $2.90 secondary buyers are still down despite ph 2 results. If you do the math on the paper loss had you still owned 75% more shares than you do now you will see that the loss is greater than if no RS was vote in and on flipside gains will be less as well as the stock is now $10.65 and had INO allowed it to get their organically without RS your gain on say 100k shares would equal $1,,065,000 compared to what is now 25k shares = $276,000.
Sure did ...the question is why would he pay 15 x plus the price he paid for shares he used to own before RS that he paid,.63 cents or less for. He had about 6 m shares before RS then cuts them by 75% leaving 1.5m shares only to buy a small fraction back at $2.49m more than what he paid 3 yrs ago. Confident maybe....not so smart voting for a RS then paying at least 15x more for shares he still would of had had he not done RS. He had 4.5m shares that he wiped away causing PPS to tank and now buys about 5% of those back for $9.06 vs .63 or less. Those 250k shares cost no more than $157,500 3 yrs ago so go figure....institutions didn't buy as he hoped so he thinks his buying back at $9.06 will change things perhaps ? So far it seems to propped up PPS but how long will that last ? No sustainable revs and no product for 3 years or more with SCLP.L a strong competitor with better technology possibly racing to be 1st to market.
According to recent form 4 his shares were split as shares beneficially held are showing such.
Not only have I never posted on ONCS Mb I never shorted INO....I sold long shares day after RS was filed and saved a about a 40% loss. I also warned everyone here and INO management that a RS was a bad idea but they voted for it anyway and look at them now. phase 2 results and they still are down about $1 from day RS was found in SEC filing. So nice try making up lies to discredit me but most here know what transpired despite trying to try and rationalize it with posting more rediculous posts like yours.
According to a form 4 filing on 6/20/2011 there were 15,433,302 shares listed as beneficially owned via direct purchase and same amount listed as Indirect by spouse. Assuming the 15,433,302 shares direct and indirect are the total it seems KIm must of sold some shares between 6/20/2011 and if I'm wrong and those amounts are two seperate totals then Kim and spouse sold well over 1/2 their joint position before RS as Kim who said in an interview was 99% invested yet now after RS has 1/4 of the 5m+ shares he had before RS. So my question is how many shares did Kim sell and when as if was 99% invested time of interview and had at least 15,433,302 m shares on 6/20/2011 he obviously sold millions of shares at some point. I will be trying to trace the sales on SEC filings to clarify this but regardless I don't recall anyone ever posting about Kim ever selling any shares only that he bought shares.
Never shorted INO I sold long position day after RS announcement and saved a big loss. iNO PPS is still under over a $1 from my exit price and ph2 results didn't do much to change that.
SCLP.P showing strong results in melanoma vs INO results for a far less agressive precancerous condition is the comparison as INO has yet to show any proof it's platform can compete against SCLP.L platform. Had INO tackled a more agressive cancer in its ph2 trials a better comparison could be made ...ok but INO didn't and it's ph2 results gave PPS not much of a validation while SCLP.L preliminary results have its PPS at 3.5x that of INO with no RS to artificially inflate it as INO has. That is the comparison and try if you must to twist the facts but the numbers tell the tale.
Roche likely would lean toward buying ScLP.L over INO if they are going to buy either but Roche may wait for ph 3 results before even considering buying either company
Let's hope so.....will make for a short squeeze of epic proportions once Afreeza sales crush high est of $168m 2015 full year est and comes in at well over $168m 1st qrt. Some short side analyst has 2015 full yr est at $3.4m .... I laughed when I saw that and the institutions behind it who are still short in 2015 will look like complete fools and have major losses.
Saved $750k ....how do you figure that..... He bought 250k shares he once owned before RS at around .63 cents and paid $9.06 a share $2.49m more than what he bought 250k shares before RS. You must of voted for RS and still try to rationalize it with crazy combo lated figures.
Partner with. PPS seems to suggest SCLP.L has big advantage showing strong results for melonoma one of the most aggressive cancers. INO has a CEO who instead of letting trial results support share price does a reverse split cutting shares by 75% then buying back 250k shares a fraction of what he once owned before RS for $2.49m more than his original cost. Who would want to partner with a CEO that makes such illogical decisions ? Who would invest in a company that makes such boneheaded decisions ? There is a reason market favors SCLP.L over INO and RS aside their vaccine platform looks to be superior.
Funny how you can't dispute one word of it because its exactly what happened....ignorance is bliss as they say.
Before you INO pumpers come over to MNKD or LIQD message board read this post as a reminder why you really should think twice about doing so.

This stock is HOT and sends a sure fired message to investors that this stock is a sure BET. Pure gold. Put all your money into INO. It surely will double here shortly.

What total idiots are they / you....lets see ....According to Kim he puts 99% of his capital in INO at around 63 cents a share and has millions of shares and shares of INO climbs to $3.95 then around $3.60 ps he announces a reverse split which is voted on and investors somehow vote in favor of it cutting everyones shares by 75%. Now Kim and others announce they bought back shares they once owned before RS at about 15x what Kim originally paid.
The 250,000 shares he recently bought cost about $2.65m ....he only paid $157,500 for them @ .63 per share. So in reality he paid $2.49m more for shares he once owned prior to his ill advised RS. Do you not see the absolute lunacy to that equation ? The recent shares must be on margin as he was 99% invested before RS so if things don't go as planned or delays occur or shorts do their thing or SCLP.L proves to have a superior vaccine platform or Ph 3 results arnt favorable Kim will be looking like even a bigger fool than he already does having executed a needless RS then paying $2.49m more for 250k shares he once owned at .63 cents. But thanks for playin !
As I posted day before 4% 1m users of US diabetics would be $6.4m in sales and 4% of global 347m diabetics 13.8m users would be $22.2b in sales. Perhaps Griffin is using US sales only ?
before they cover their short position if they havnt already. Would be a double whammy on Federated as they would have 3.2 less long shares and have to cover short 2.2m share position at $3 to $4 most likely which would make federated look like a bunch of chumps. Unfortunately LIQD didn't have blowout 2nd qrt that would of had Federated covering short position and rethinking cutting original long position but LIQD's outlook was strong going forward and a bigger SaaS company or 2 must be looking for an acquisition or 2 and SSNC is definitely looking per their CC. SSNC bought prime management last year and they only has 25 clients not sure what they paid for Prime but LIQD with 130 clients and larger clients signing on should get SSNC radar pinging,
