I brought 7000 shares at 5 dollares and I sold 2000 shares at 18 dollars a share and then it got hit. I repurchased the 2000 at 12.75. I will hold for the long term because of tax ramfications. Good Luck
I am getting a nice monthly return and its reinvested at price that allowed me to accumulate moe shares at a lower price. Share price is down however i have purchased more shares at lower prices
Not going to happen the company complied with TPG got rid of Ward and complied with their direction to appoint TPG to the board. They have no case to recover damages. TPG does not want anything to do with a law suit and because most of the company is owned by large institutional investors. retail investors don't hold enough shares to make a difference. they don't have to fight this unless the lawyers also bring suit against SD and TPG.
don't try to catch the bottom. Its time to buy now and hold and wait, if you are underwater just hold If you can buy more buy more.
Under the existing conditions with regard to energy. It is difficult to calculate what effect will have on the value of SD. However if you are underwater hold and hope for the best depending on your time frame and if the stock was purchased in a IRA and you have to sell if you are 70 1/2 just sell the RMD amount required by the IRS and open a taxable account of transfer RMD to a taxable account and hold the remaining shares. I don't know at what price you purchased you paid and remember in a taxable account you can only take a $3000 dollar lose per any tax year and the remaining lose you carry for a lost for the nest year. But you only lose money on selling if you hold perhaps you will be better off. Good Luck we all need it
I cant even think about all those solar panels destroyed with the roof and falling in my head and killing me my wife and children.
I purchased dndn years ago and held I paid 7 dollars and saw it tank I purchased more and sold on approval at 63.27. I had only 4000 shares. I noticed that prostate cancer treatments are improving if caught early and get be controlled or even cured Its a slow growing cancer. I personally know many patients that have this a have lived for over 15 years with it.
