Could be Snow. Also wondering if it relates to what Robert Scoble was talking about. Does anybody know the details on how to watch that Ted Talk that Scoble said was next week?
"Japan's Sony Corp. reached a cooperation agreement micro-machining laser imaging module, the first batch of products off the assembly line at the Sony plant." China says "I want my PicoP!" :) Awesome scaling.
It's true and they can run advertising and promotional materials as well. It would pay for itself in printing costs in no time at all. This would be true for many, many other businesses also.
That Sony would pick this tech up and promote it in this way all through Asia is really a dream come true. Sony knows and Alex knows Sony knows. He saw this opportunity and executed it. I can not conceive of a better way to go about bringing PicoP to mass production asap.
This was a huge development that came to light over the weekend. 41 likes so it's really big. Very big!
Snow, yes good idea. They should send it by wire. And if they try to impersonate the Birdy, the Birdy will take away all their crow and there won't be anything left for them to eat, crow or otherwise.
I agree hanahi. They can crow and brag til the next millennium, just sign the checks and be sure to send them.
This deal is too colossal and involves too many international partners for China to go rogue and try to run away with all the marbles. They'd have so many arrows in their back they'd never make it back to the hacienda.
Thank you allsoright. This just in:
The epicenter has been pinpointed to the "U.S.-Microvision, Japan-Sony and Germany-Siemens" thread on the MVIS message board. This development has been seen to be causing major FUDDing throughout the area. The forecast is for further FUDDing until such time as these developments manifest themselves to the bottom line. Shelter in place and don't let the shorts inside is the latest advisory from FEMA FUD Control Central. Further FUDDing news will be made available as major developments warrant.
Sony and Microvision have an 8 year agreement on MVIS IP. That's a very important role and a very important agreement that applies to any company Sony would sell that IP to. We are in it.
I agree Snow, "Under the premise of protecting intellectual property rights and to ensure product quality, the dream shadow technology with Japan's Sony Corporation reached a cooperation agreement micro-machining laser imaging module, the first batch of products off the assembly line at the Sony plant."
It means that Sony is playing the intermediary between MVIS IP and mass implementation of the supply chain for innovative customers while making astounding progress developments toward miniaturization. This it going to slam the world seemingly out of nowhere. We know the whole story of course. It's exciting stuff.
