I certainly hope what you've posted comes to fruition re capitalizing the company until it reaches profitability. I'm holding more than I care to admit, been adding as it has come down. Painful ride, but I'll hold through FDA. GL.
CEO does convey confidence as a speaker, but without sales to back it up confidence doesn't count for much... Cash is obviously very tight. Layoffs, other employees moved to part time... FDA delays have hurt. By the sound of it there are financing options with FDA approval. Without outright approval...I'll have to listen to his exact words again. But no more of a FDA timeline again other than, "the next several weeks."... I'm wondering if Imhoff is among the "investors" waiting for an FDA response. His participation in the last offering was minimal compared with his participation in previous offerings. I have to think he would continue to support the company after approval given all the skin he's put in to this point. We'll see. GL.
Forecasting six units to Canada this year. SIX... Holding out for better financing, non dilutive, better terms. Waiting for FDA, closing other sales... A total of three questions on Q&A.
When exactly will IMSC ever be able to pay their debt to DMRJ? When the company gets sold maybe. Sorry, don't work for Smiths. Oh, and you're obviously way too dumb to realize what you're dealing with here - a stock controlled by a parasite hedge fund that just milks it for its own gain.
My mistake, Dubai was $125-million (Google it). This month they've also landed UK and Paraguay orders. What is the term of IMSC's IDIQ? Company didn't include that in their PR.
Yeah, the world has been beating on IMSC's door since they got TSA approval. Orders, if they do come from overseas, will be met with selling and more selling by DMRJ. Have a nice day.
And the Dubai order was more than 2x the TSA IDIQ in one shot. Not spread out over the term of an IDIQ. Have a nice day.
Smiths is going away after landing that Dubai order? Are you high? That win for Smiths demonstrated the convenience of one stop shopping for all airport needs. IMSC has one product. And the extension of the toxic financing with the Platinum Parasites at the same exorbitant interest rate dooms this stock to its current range. What are the near term catalysts? There are none. And any good news sees DMRJ sell and crush any rally anyway. It's a trading stock for another year.

I see they announced today (sort of) that they sold 18,000,000 shares @ .1527. Again, they sold shares way below market and to a Chinese investor. I don't think these new investors know anything the public doesn't already know - air and water pollution in China is a disgrace - and they're trying to make money addressing a need... I skimmed the last filing and the part about Tangredi being able to dilute as he wishes and at a 25% discount in order to recover back salary was disturbing. That, and the obvious reverse stock split on the horizon make this a hands off for me for now... Good technology, bad management.
Pumping continues today...

Stop Bellyaching, Just Switch to GTHP
FDA approval is expected any day.
The Hep C market is huge.
Over 60M pap smears are taken annually in the US.
GTHP's biophotonic cervical cancer scan is noninvasive, more accurate and produces instant test results.
It's already approved in EU, Canada, Mexico, Asia...
Look for a triple in the stock price on approval.
The market cap is only $20M.
EXAS which recently got its colorectal cancer scan approved saw its market cap soar to $2 billion.
Not likely anytime soon unless they get bought, even then $3.50 seems unlikely after everyone else gets paid. Release of the new handheld might get a pop, or a EU or CATSA order, but given every other bit of good news has been met with selling it likely will be short-lived. IMSC needs to rid themselves of DMRJ and their toxic financing. Good luck.
The $1.82 and $1.50 marks he was referring to are significant because DMRJ destroyed both rallies by selling strongly into the positive news. If you're new to this stock you need to read the filings, specifically the financing with DMRJ. And then educate yourself on Platinum Partners (they control DMRJ) and their tactics. I think most here who claim to be long this stock likely have a larger trading position than they do a long position. Have a nice day.
He's talking about jennifer_jkarim and her other IDs. She (he?) has been pumping GTHP on a lot of other Yahoo boards.
Today's action doesn't suggest a sale of the company is imminent. Unless they find a financing alternative to DMRJ I doubt there will be any meaningful SP appreciation near term. GL.
"there are only 31 of us left in this stock" That's funny. Wait... Gene didn't actually quote you that number, did he?
Ed, Think positive thoughts! Maybe Gene is off to Bangladesh after Turkey, after closing a deal there he zips down to Kenya and nails down another sale, then after an off day to photograph the flamingos on Lake Bogoria he jets across Africa to Nigeria, where he gives in to the hard bargaining Nigerians and throws in two month's worth of free disposables to get the big sale. He lands at ATL the next day, a fist full of contracts in hand. The PR hits the wires the next day, Gene proclaims, "I am a selling machine!"
Okay, back on Earth. Someone threw in the towel at .1621 today. Ugly.
Ed, that's some dark stuff. But it did bring back some memories. Years ago at a company I worked for there a few of us that traveled quite frequently and we used to take flight insurance on each other. Dark, maybe, but why wouldn't you want your buddies to cash in if your plane went down? I'll never forget one friend coming up to me at work and saying, "Hey, Robbie has to fly to Japan, that's a long flight. We gettin' in on that?"
"tests in clinics in the US and Europe"
Not much content on the company web site. They haven't conducted any trials, this is literally years away.
This device is inserted into a patient with what appears to be nothing more than a glorified condom on it. Good luck with the FDA cleaning questions.
