Fidgety Ed: Wow, you're hanging food inflation on Obama. That's a new one. I think it's time to check out of here, I'm losing brain cells reading this board lately. I'll check back in when we have notes from the FDA meeting or financing news. Adios.
That was a terrible agreement that NAVB signed with GE. Would you like to see a destructive Crede deal also? Or maybe Cartwright should open the door to the parasites at Platinum?
You really think Cartwright came on board because he is, "interested in milking the company"? Come on.
Yes, I've owned some small companies with worse PR efforts. One I owned didn't put out a PR on a significant patent award until about two months after I posted it on a Yahoo board.
Financing... Hopefully it's a loan and not an overly dilutive PIPE deal with a hedge fund or other parasite investor. I've added a few shares (not a lot) down here recently, am wagering Cartwright does not (s)crew long term insiders that have staked a lot (Imhoff) in GTHP. We'll see. GL.
They made it official last week that the common stock is worthless, yet this continues to trade.
4.4 Cancellation of Securities, Instruments, and Agreements Evidencing Claims and Interests. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan and in any contract, instrument, or other agreement or document created in connection with the Plan, on the Effective Date and concurrently with the applicable distributions made pursuant to this Plan, the promissory notes, share certificates (including treasury stock), other instruments evidencing any Claims or Interests, and all options, warrants, calls, rights, puts, awards, commitments, or any other agreements of any character to acquire such Interests shall be deemed canceled and of no further force and effect, without any further act or action under any applicable agreement, law, regulation, order, or rule, and the obligations of the Debtor under the notes, share certificates, and other agreements and instruments governing such Claims and Interests shall be discharged. The holders of or parties to such canceled notes, share certificates, and other agreements and instruments shall have no rights arising from or relating to such notes, share certificates, and other agreements and instruments, or the cancellation thereof, except the rights provided pursuant to the Plan.
Sorry for not using the exact same words as the CEO. Have a nice day.
This is probably a two to three year story now. The revelation that private trials will likely be conducted by early adopters in the US post-FDA approval (as are being done in international markets now) tells you share price likely isn't going anywhere right away. It will be a good trade around FDA but I'm afraid the long position will be dead money for awhile. GL.
No idea what's going on with DLYT. Not sure who just paid .26 for a stock management valued at just .04 a couple months ago. As you can see from my earlier posts I flipped a decent chunk of shares for a small profit and only held 10k. I've never seen a stock move this quickly after such a dilutive offering took place. In retrospect I guess I should have held a little longer. I get the feeling there are some getting into this thinking it's the next PLUG but NanoCap hasn't been the focus and they never even put out a PR when that patent was granted. I've been around this one for awhile and have seen the grants and projects come and go but nothing meaningful (sales) ever came from them. The company no longer views itself as a manufacturer but as a materials supply company. When you try to get more info from IR you get no response. I'll hold my 10k shares but certainly won't dive in for any more at this level. The Q4 and year-end reports will be out soon, but there is never much discussion of the business in any PR and they do not conduct conference calls. GL.
" If they announce a face to face meeting the trend would reverse." I would be surprised if they do not announce a face-to-face. I don't think they changed CEOs to repeat the same failed process a third time.
The Turkey order also needs to be clarified. We were made to believe this order would ship once software upgrades were made and that does not appear to have been the case. Is this $3-million order dependent on local trial results? This conference call cannot come quickly enough.
As far as international sales... Many of these countries are considering this as a primary screening tool, so it's necessary to conduct their own trials. I think breakeven is out the window for 2014 but I'd expect to see some traction (sales) in the second half of the year in international markets as trials are completed.
Big spike last report. Last time there was a move up like that was right before the Sharvy SA piece. Makes you wonder if something similar is coming. GL.

He's good at creating short term liquidity. Funny how he put a buy on CMXI, again. Figure it out. Have a nice day.
Or Google, "Local company builds device to detect explosives." For anyone who hasn't seen this video already, pause it at 1:32 and check out the passenger checkpoint walk-thru system on the left and the conveyorized package screening device on the right. I wish they would discuss these and everything else in the development pipeline in more detail on their conference calls.
8-K out today, they received the cash and issued the 37.5 million shares. Looking at the selling today I have to think there were some people new to DLYT who didn't know this was coming. I held on to 10,000 of my .037 shares but won't be adding any. I'll let the $370 ride.
Cramer didn't tweet this. Someone under the handle @BullsBearsWin did. It's an account with ZERO followers. Stay classy, princess.
LS sales of $10-12 million in 2014 will be amazing considering that, "Revenues from sales of Lymphoseek for the fourth quarter of 2013 were $343,000." Meaning Q4 sales of LS were $686,000. Those 2014 numbers are pretty lofty guidance, now they have to produce.
