We have been down this road before, see my post, and blondie the CEO is too busy coming up with adds that freeze up your PC. Maybe some of her advertising clients should read all the complaints YHOO has received from the people who use these boards.

no Walturd, you rarely make any calls, just maniacal rants about vikes and others, but you did proclaim in Fall 2010 that if the STX 'sprivate equity offer fell through i would hit $10. The offer fell through and it went up instead.

What do you think about IVR and NLY?
I saw a report that indicated a 1% rise in rates would be a positive for IVR and negative for AGNC.

Don't disagree with that thought at all . As a long term investor with a MBA in finance, I have seen trader driven maximum contrived volatility (MCV) become the primary market driver and IMHO we are probably experiencing that now in the agency backed REITS.
I have previously taken a small position in AGNC around $29 and I am thinking of adding more, but I waiting for the next divey announcement, which I expect to be cut to $4 to $4.25 before buying another round. What is your target date for the divey announcement, June 7th-11th?
Considering the current pressure, sooner would be better, as I expect many buyers are waiting for the announcement before buying. - Reply to
