Everyone has been indoctrinated these days to sue for all things having to do with injury sustained at someone else's property. Here in the northeastern US a precedent has recently been set. A couple was able to collect a settlement from injuries sustained from an accident attributed to the the state for having not plowed the road of snow even though they were actively plowing and just had not gotten back to that spot. The cause for liability? The state had the 'capability'. See a parallel here? Owners and managers of high capacity occupancy sports venues will in time be considered as having the 'capability' of having screened at the very least the passage tickets with a hybrid mechanized scanners incorporating imsc's touchless etd technology combined with optical bar-code for rapid scan venue entry. The venue owners that neglected to deploy the 'capability' will be regarded as negligent thus opening themselves to lawsuits.
just can't put a polish on a turd
someone buy them please !!!!
thumbs down which require constant relogging with their multiple id's prove one thing at least- they're not gainfully employed by anyone hence their ability to monitor chat boards all day long without interruption, and their #$%$ are permanently disfigured to resemble a blob of pudding poured into an office chair.
Implant Sciences Corp. (OTCQB: IMSC) of Wilmington, Mass., the same community where slain MIT Police Officer Sean Collier was born and raised, said its explosive detection technology could be implemented at the Boston Marathon if the organizers develop chokepoints or organized checkpoints that would force people to funnel through a line in order to get to restricted areas of the Marathon route.
The company’s Quantum Sniffer detects traces of explosives. CEO Glenn Bolduc said if one or both of the alleged bombers came through a chokepoint with a ticket to be scanned, similar to what is done at other sporting events, its explosive detection system would have likely been able to detect traces of the explosives that were put in the pressure cookers that exploded at the finish line killing three and leaving 264 injured. How? According to Bolduc people who make bombs get microscopic traces of explosives on their hands, clothing and on just about anything they touch such as a backpack, luggage or steering wheel. While the traces of military, commercial and homemade explosives are invisible they are detectable with Implant’s sensors and systems, he said.
A large open-ended order of that size takes much negotiation time but will come. After that- fence sitting security departments of other companies will dive in who are at present constrained by the notion of making a substantial investment in equipment from a company whose financials appear shakey. No-one wants to buy a car from the corner dealership that may not be around in a year. With a large 5-10mil order they won't look shakey anymore. The fence sitters will cause an overload the company will have trouble keeping up with.
I'm horrified with the pictures and news out of Boston. Maybe if the Obamas could spare a couple 1mil$ vacations they could buy a few hundred 150's or 220's to protect us better.
I used to take a few tongue - in - cheek jabs before tsa approval but I have no idea what your talking about 'chronic liar'. If I was bothered by you always responding to me this way I would change my name. Be careful to not mix me up with the diviebbu (with an i) basher.
to gov agencies take time. The tsa mandates imho practically mandate sales. I'm averaged 1.14 and I think at the very least this stock will maintain that pps on average and that would be in the worst case scenario. Best case as we all know would be large contractual commitments which is very possible. Other etd's are available from flir but they are not on the tsa approval list and I'm not sure how updated they are. Maybe they perform better- idk. Maybe td , b9 and the other investigators can look into this. One thing i never do anymore is jump from stock to stock- that never pays.
