A couple was able to collect a settlement from injuries sustained from an accident attributed to the the state for having not plowed the road of snow even though they were actively plowing and just had not gotten back to that spot. The cause for liability? The state had the 'capability'. See a parallel here? Owners and managers of high capacity occupancy sports venues will in time be considered as having the 'capability' of having screened at the very least the passage tickets with a hybrid mechanized scanners incorporating imsc's touchless etd technology combined with optical bar-code for rapid scan venue entry. (OTCQB: IMSC) of Wilmington, Mass., the same community where slain MIT Police Officer Sean Collier was born and raised, said its explosive detection technology could be implemented at the Boston Marathon if the organizers develop chokepoints or organized checkpoints that would force people to funnel through a line in order to get to restricted areas of the Marathon route.
