since they are having those two presentations... esp the investor relations one, i doubt they'd put a damper on things by announcing issuance of shares... the reason I ask is cause i hold a big position and thats really the only thing I worry about at this point.

I hope so, but I dont know, this thing just keeps going lower and lower if there is no news. We need the 'mystery bank' annoucement to save it now. I dont know what is taking so long.

what I mean by that is, it goes lower and lower everyday that there is no news, and when there is news, people who are not in, get to buy in at a short 10-20 cent premium, so it makes you feel as if its better to just follow it, not get in and just wait on news to pop up, and then get in.

by diwannewyork •Mar 7, 2013 7:52 AMI realize that, but up to this point, they have been so arrogant and so confident... so it seems out of character for them to sort of play it extremely safe, and do an offering before 2 major clinical trials coming out.

those warrants are a killer because even if we assume... best case scenerio that ino doubles from 55 to say 1.10...the fact that so many shares can be converted from .79 will limit to some extent how high it goes...
