Mgmt in bunker with Contrived to end it ala Adolf and his minions as the Reds and Patton moved in!!
They are too busy catering to management's personal needs like stock option sales, travel and being 'excited'.
Checked all locations on Investor page. No PR, Event, Presentation, etc.
I voted against everything except the 'CPA' recommendation. This was to be a superstar and we're roughly 33% of the value upon approval, would have dumped it back then had Id known how they all would completely botch the DEA, launch, relaunch, not pursue diabetes, take waaay too long to do phen combo and smoking trials, get other country approvals, etc.
ADAM - Did YOU contact them and get the full details of what they were told to do, will do and obtain a promise to follow through this time and stop jerkin their gerkins while the LT investors here, who entrusted management to be honest, communicate, etc., take it up the backside for the third time in less than a year?
Musky, you've been here as long, or longer, than I, unlike Patchen, Kitty, Annie, etc. who likely bailed preCRL after cheerleading this turd for months. Meanwhile, adam has been the resident pumping cheerleader for a couple month and note that he's alone, there are no others shaking their pom-poms about ACRX.
I added after CRL based on what mgmt. was saying, opinions of the cheerleaders and nearly added at the recent 3.50. Glad I passed on that as mgmt. continues to be clueless or simply dishonest. This is one of three stocks I've been in with Law Firms circling like sharks, but the only one where there may actually be merit. Regret not selling close to $9 a couple months ago.
We still have uncertainty about what these overpaid clowns will do and the market hates uncertainty.
This language is similar to that used by Level 3 Communications (LVLT) for a few years while SP was under $5. They asked for approval to do 5:1, 10:1, 15:1. I voted against it each time. They ended up doing it in 2012? and I was upset as I was so close to break even by SP. Think we ended up at mid-teens post RS and we're at $54 today.
