I jumped in AH at 6.25. I made about a year ago, in fact my best performing stock. With the number of people who cannot afford to buy houses, this is as close as one gets to a sure thing in stocks
But this should lead to greater revenue with more properties acquired, It has in the past. This represents a great opportunity to jump in and get a great dividend rate.
In my opinion this has gone down too far and too quickly. This will be 3 straight days of losses with a great earnings announcement and upcoming dividend Maybe the dividend is not going to be as much as expected with such great earnings
$5???? You cannot seriously believe the price will reach this level soon. I must be missing something in what you are trying to say.
I have no hard facts but I can speculate that they will miss their estimated earnings come 10-16-13 and word has leaked. I hope not but I do not see this due to China or the printing of money.
One would think they would do a better job of getting this machine to market. After the recent announcement I went on-line to see what the vacuums cost. While I did not exhaust all possibilities, I could only find mention of the lower end model on Walmart site and left without seeing/remembering what the price was. I could find nothing on Target's site except the bags.
These vacuums are not going to sell themselves nor are financial news releases an effective way to sell them. CTIB needs collaborate with SC Johnson to get these promoted at the various stores that sell them in a more timely manner.
I also feel the deal will go through. If I am wrong I think there is a good chance another company may step in or it could go private. If that does not happen, I like the dividend and I feel the conditions are right for this company to do well and stock price to increase.
The only news I see is same story I read last week. I'm not selling my share sat this price even if the deal does not go through
