If you think a .28 annual dividend is the criteria whether or not to buy a stock I am very glad you are not my portfolio manager. You think the stock was trading at $10 because of a measly .28 dividend? It was trading at $10 because of the growth potential - which has only improved now with a focus on diversifying. What happens if they announce a partnership with a major pharma to distribute at retail? What happens if they get a buyout offer or other strategic repositioning? They have a pretty savvy institutional 15% owner who has to be getting antsy about the current share price and will be pushing for options to move the price higher. At a 5-ish year low and basic fundamentals completely unchanged it is a WAY more compelling buy here than it was at $8 with a puny .28 dividend.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
