    Great Point!
It appears that the "über-sexy beauty queen (AGN)", with the promising starlet future, will finally succeed in rebuffing the relentless overtures of the "homely suitor (VRX)", with its loquacious and disruptive wing-man.
The spread is beginning to widen and might become a chasm in a week, or two. This fact -- by itself -- could cause the suitors to fold their tent and run for the hills real soon!

It was: "more-fun-than-rum" trading at 150 -- for shorts, as well as, VRX longs, eh.

    Sell Short and Stay Short

Yeah, this high profile attempted acquisition of AGN has actually worked against VRX.
VRX balance sheet revealed a business acquisition model that -- when placed under the microscope of extreme scrutiny -- odes not seem to be sustainable over the long haul.
They need AGN's growth and strong balance sheet to survive. It's their lifeline!
They need AGN, like yesterday. The more AGN delays and avoid, it might scare folks away, and: who knows what might happen to VRX in the next 3 to 6 months?
This is awesome high drama, and short players are having a whale of a time with the building of a feeding frenzy!
It seems like all the big playas are joining the party that can't be missed. It's like a gold rush is on...
