Do you really think you can convince ppl that white is black. This was not bad news. All that this proves is that Pharo believes the company is worth more than 1.13 a share- he bet about $200,000 of his own money on this. Aren't you saying that you think the company is worth about fifty cents a share? He thinks you're really wrong. And it was specifically worded that he hasn't sold.. Way to try to turn positive news into negative news. I seriously doubt that he will sell any at these low prices, especially given the super excellent news that the company's main project is looking great- I guess you didn't read about that today or can't comprehend the implications. You have been skating on thin ice legally with a lot of your recent posts here.

Oh now that you have been called out you can acknowledge that the price was zero. But you still don't understand what happened and are now trying to be deceptive. Let me help you understand the rest of this. D does not stand for disposed in Table 1 Code 3- from the SEC directly it stands for " Sale or transfer of securities back to the company"- in this case they were transferred, not sold. They were transferred back because he left to pursue another opportunity. He was required to transfer them back due to their contract. Again, you really don't get these form 4s and you don't try. You simply look for drama to try to scare people as you have for a long time here. How is betting against this company working out for you?

As I suspected, complete ignorance is your only excuse. It's under Table 1 transaction code 3- it would be an "s" if he had sold. Why do you think the price is zero, dummy? I can't teach you to read.

Excuse me if you know how to read the form 4 filing under transaction code it says "D" which means he transferred those securities back to MPET. If he had sold them in the open market it would read under transaction code "S" The price is also $0 on his form 4 because he did not sell the securities but rather had to give them back to the MPET because 8/15 was his last day. This is all about knowing how to read these forms. I would say you are being deceptive as usual, but this time I think it is just complete ignorance.
