First - What I am saying is right. I do this for a living so I get this stuff. I thought you didn't understand why the PE went up. Here is why. In Q3 of 2014 our operating income was $29 million. Without the one time $30 million royalty payment we would have had a loss. Instead we showed 65 cents of earnings. We just replaced that quarter with Q3 of 2015 where we earned 9 cents. So the PE was artificially high due to the one time royalty payment.
It's not a bad thing or a good thing - just math.
They point is that a most of the $30 million royalty payment dropped to the bottom line the quarter we earned it. That was not repeated a year later and our earnings dropped substantially. The market is more interested in revenue growth here, not earnings, so the focus on PE either way is not appropriate. When their growth starts to slow - earnings better be there to cushion the impact on the share price.
I asked you twice what you thought of this stock last year and you never responded to me. I ended up buying some and lost $50K. Could have been worse, I sold it last year around $3 per share. I did well with QCOR and MNK. Do you have an opinion on SUPN?
Due to the one time Royalty Payment a year ago. We dropped that off this last quarter and added a normal quarter. Without the Royalty Payment, the PE last year negative. Its not how this stock has been valued. Some day maybe.
I'm starting to wonder about him
You are insane. It's not just that your posts show a rotten brain, it's all the LOL and hahaha. Sane people don't laugh outloud by themselves (and you are so alone).
