There was a long article in today's WSJ regarding the Microsoft news. Josh probably got it there!
My cable provider now has an app which allows me to make calls over wifi, probably via audc equipment. This is unbelievably valuable as it allows for free calls overseas, or make or receive calls for free while overseas, as long as we are connected to wifi. Call quality was very good. I think this is going to be big when it fully rolls out.

As long as it continues to trade substantially below book value the money returned to SH's is put to much better use by repurchasing shares. It's not even a close call.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
No way. He has always given us a warning in advance telling us we were about to be molested. No warning in the PR is definitely a positive sign. That said it would be a surprise if he was able to right the ship in that short a time.
Yes it certainly appears like audc has carved a reverse head & shoulders pattern here. Possible upside indicated to $4.00-4.20.
I owned ESGR for several years before exiting about 18-24 months ago. The acquisitions and change in the business model seem to have done nothing except inhibit earnings, but nonetheless the PE expanded. Anybody have a clue at what is happening? Were the mergers done just to get GS the advisory fees?
