Dow Jones Transportation index (Jet Blue included) helped knock down Jet Blue in the morning as bad shipping numbers sent the the truckers down pulling the other stocks in the index along for the ride.

Fat Mikey and the Panzy losing it and trying to raise a little dust over nothing.

I thought you 2 fools had been here since the beginning of time?

First of all the options mentioned were not given to employees Panzy.

Second, the 5 million shares mentioned were issues back on March 14, 2011 when the company was raising capital. The options to buy 3.9 million shares for the price of 2.6058 each share were issued at the same time. The options expire on September 8,2016.If the options are exercised USAT will receive 2.6058 per share and the owner of the option will receive whatever the market price of the shares when they sell.

So what you are trying to rile people up about is an update of an agreement that is over 4 years old and has been part of the public record for just as long?

Well no one ever claimed you were smart, but I will give you credit for your secretarial skills.

    Northeat corrodor supply/ demand issues

On the first quarter call when they were talking about bringing the new people on board they mentioned that a third party project management company was hired to do the upgrade (200% increase in capacity in LA) some equipment was on site with more to come.Tentative completion date was mid September. They still have not made any mention of completing the update and we are in mid October.

There was one co-packer that was supposed to start shipping at the beginning of the third quarter. The 2 big questions about the third quarter are how much did the upgrade work effect the companies ability to produce product and if the co packer started shipping, how much of the lost production were they able to make up.

Now that the co-packers are supposedly shipping it will be interesting to see how long it takes to back fill inventory. The local Trader Joe's are out of the Ginger Brew again and the local fairway which is using a 3.99 promotion price is out of stock of the extra ginger while many of the Stop and Shops and Whole Foods have sold out of the few 4packs of Ginger Beer they received a few weeks ago.

If production was in bad enough shape that sales end up flat there might be a great buying opportunity as long as you believe that the co packers can produce for next year and that Chris will not get upset and stop working with them without a contingency plan.

On the first quarters call they discussed the new hires and production problems. They said that they had brought in a third party project management group to handle the factory upgrade. The completion date was scheduled for mid September. even if there was a few week delay the factory should be coming online by now with a 200% increase in capacity.

The company did have trouble keeping up with demand last quarter with stock outs at local Stop and Shops and Whole Foods. They were unable to restock customers before the end of the month. Right now they are still having trouble keeping Reeds in stock but seem to be able to keep up with Virgil's .I am worried about third quarter numbers but if the factory has been take care of it is not hard to picture 15 or 16 million in second quarter sales next year with a stock price at around 10.

On the bright side for the quarter the reeds spiced apple ginger brew was promoted for a month and placed on end caps at The Fresh Market chain and I was surprised to see a palate full of Virgil's root beer kegs in the soda section at a BJ wholesale club.

Nothing incorrect about using the term bold faced. It fits very well when taking into account your propensity to use all caps when trying to magically turn your lives into truths.

Spazzy you might want to dial back on the caffeine, three quick jittery responses in answer to one post, your addled mind might be telling you that each new post is a gem but it just makes you seem very desperate.

"hope is not a strategy" wow how deep.
Good thing they have showed 20% growth per anum for an extended period of time. Two out of the last three fiscal years they have reported a profit and your favorite , the company was cash flow positive last quarter.Good thing they have improving results to go with your "hope".

I said no such thing you bold faced liar.

I said you specifically were the only one.

I made no mention of anyone else nor allusions to some perceived team for or against the company. You alone vigilantly trying to twist any information to your sad little narrative for over 20 years using your 2 pitiful main ID's.

HaHa the board secretary rears here ugly head, deleting her foolish posts and rapping or maybe it is raping people over there perceived affronts to the grammar police. Calling people old, when evidently you have been deep into this company for over 25 years, showing yourself to be no spring chicken.

More likely a d-bag frat boy getting p-d of that people use pesky facts to show how foolishly myopic you are.Trust me when I say myopic is not a compliment, of course you can think it actually means something that it does not again and brag about it.

"Big Pimpin" oh yeah street slang showing your street cred, or more likely a suburban d-bag frat boy mimicking a absurd characterization of street.

Spazing out and attacking people for your own shortcomings.

I understand your embarrassment about having trouble with a simple word like myopic, but there is no need to strike out at others like a child. Trying to make fun of someone using a reference from the 70s as old when you used 23 skidoo from the early 19th century is just pitiful.

I know pretty much everyone has tried to point this out to you and it has not registered, because like all good narcissists you are not listening to what others say but waiting for the chance to blather on, but you are the only one on this board who has been following this stock/company since the mid 90s.

You seem to be spinning out , posting crazier and crazier bs, stretching to try and fit in some sort of weird narrative.

    "Where the party at??

    Herbert Big Pimpin'!"

    What are you, 12? HaHa

By the way if I want the stock to go down to 2 before it goes up to 10 shouldn't I be making all sorts of negative posts to try and help drive the stock down?

Oh wait a minute you are the fool that thinks tour posts will effect the stock price, much more important to try and paint a narrative, whether or not the facts fit, as opposed to dealing with facts.

The Tangent Twins try to redirect again!

Power of d-bag shape of an #$%$. HaHa

I post about dumb going off on tangents while trying to monopolize the board and then his buddy dumber decides to chime in and go on his own tangent while monologuing like a cheep villain in a kids cartoon.

Since you like to go after other people for their writing on this anonymous board they are probably wondering what you could have meant by

"Dogma, it is a 23 financial FIASCO"

The statement does not appear to be coherent or have any meaning at all, but one could guess you were trying to emphasize something by capitalizing the last word.

What does any of that have to do with the company announcing a contract with a company for 2000 posts?

Nothing, just another case of the board narcissist wanting to control every thread on the board.

A press release regarding a new contract is standard for many companies.I would not consider it a big deal unless it was for an amount of ports that was a higher percentage of quarterly ports installed than announced in this press release.

What I find funny is a seeming pathological to declare everything as negative no matter what.

Myopic- derived from Myopia a clinical term for short sighted.

I guess you meant to write a single minded short sighted focus.

Good thing that you felt compelled to post a response to the news that the company landed a 2000 port customer.

If you had not responded so eloquently the average reader would have assumed that it was a normal press release from a company promoting one of it's successes, but you really have convinced the board that a contract for 2000 new ports is somehow a negative. HaHa

When things are going well for a company there will usually be some bad news and even if things are going poorly there will be some good news.

Your myopic foolishness in trying to insist everything is bad no matter what the announcement is pretty much shows you for the fool you are.

Hydrogenated Oils should not be in donuts

    by spherious Sep 29, 2015 8:44 PM
    dogma_blade dogma_blade Oct 7, 2015 11:42 AM Flag

Trans fats occur naturally in many products from beef to dairy and purified oils.Even countries such as Denmark which limits trans fats to 2% of fat exempts the naturally occurring trans fats.

So as long as there is no partially hydrogenated oil the donuts are as healthy as donuts are going to be after being deep fried and covered with sugar.

What a shock, trying to explain away and error without admitting to making a mistake.

Formatting or no Formatting 8 digits equals 50 million.

Not that different than the mistake you made trying to claim that the CEO of USAT was one of the highest 20 paid CEOs in the Philly area while making under 1 million a year. Typical fool move, instead of absorbing what you were reading you tried to fabricate a narrative that fit your seeming hatred for the executives of this company and made yourself look foolish.

If you have already made your mind up and new information can not change an opinion on a stock you are not of the right temperament to invest in individual stocks, stick with mutual funds.

  • Maybe sooner. As long as the revenue continues to grow in under 3 years the stock will break 10.

    Copied from your post TOOL!!!

You like to spell check , well call it a number check.

"Selling General and Administrative 5,009 4,280"

    8 digits equals 50 million.

If you are going to jump all over people for keystroke or tense errors in spelling I do not think it is too much to ask you to get the #$%$ numbers right.
