Profit, you know well the history here. Avi has not changed his approach one bit it seems. I thought we mighrt possibly be headed higher, but Avi managed to basically screw investors again. He could have waited for the shares to go higher still, but took advantage and did an offering right away. EOY I am out if we are not over 3. Last few days in OGT, water great this trip. Dog.
I cannot say your argument is BS, You may actually be correct. I have been here and thought the latest earnings report was pretty good and maybe Gig was finally goint to make a moves. Again, longs were disappointed by Avi's move. He is certainly slimy with regard to greed and shareholders. The market certainly helped bring the stock down, but am watching to see if we can regain an uptrend. So far, down a penny today on the bounce is not encouraging. It has been a significant drop from the recent high. The offering price was a shock. Avi has played the greed game very well here. Watching, but will exit before the EOY if we continue to slug along like a snail. Dog.
That is the perfect, expected basher answer, ask another question. You guys ARE pretty transparent. Really not worth answering you. Would be great if posters really did ignore everything you say. Even coming back at you is probably profitable or at the least a plus for you two obvious losers.
You guys slather the boards with such garbage. You may actually be paid for bashing Netlist and you certainly are prolific. The only bad thing is that you are both individuals who lack any sense of pride. So sad, but you guys are part of the people who give, live and breathe negativity in the world. Hopefully your lives will eventually get Karma and you do not live a long existence on the Earth you are polluting. GFY.
Maz, know you have been around a long time. I really thought we might finally get some gas behind this stock, but the market and our disgustingly greedy CEO always manages to put a damper on things. Profit, in OGT, what think you about Avi's latest raiding of the pot from longs? Dog.
Avi still remains a constant negative for long term investors. I thought we might finally begin a stable uptrend. Mr. Market plus Avi equals the usual pain for longies. Disgusted again. Bad, irresponsible timing for dilution. Thanks again Avi. Dog.
Avi basically screwed shareholders in conjunction with the market dump. The earnings were a nice surpise, but wish Avi would have waited for a more stable share pattern, before dumping on shareholders again. Now, who knows what the market will do to us. Long term holding is very frustrating for a lot of stocks. Dog.
Hard to believe GIG will not be red today, especially with the market. Still I am not thrilled that AVI is looking for more cash, but of course, with the recent rise, one would expect this typical move from him. Offering at 1.70, so we should certainly be red today, would be a nice surprise to go down only a few pennies, but not likely. Timing is not great, could have been done quite a bit higher, but market holding the stock down. Dog.
Never been in a cash buyout before. If one sell shares before the cash deal itself is approved, is the sale of shares value (tax wise) simply based on time and cost basis as opposed to what I assume with the cash deal is simply accretive to the shareholder and becomes taxable income at income rates? TIA.
WOW, nice surprise after hours. I wonder how many in the know were maybe pushing this down, to buy shares low and sell with the takeover? Still, very happy to see this, but HILL going down so much does seem a bit fishy to me even though the market was not acting well. A perfect cover to buy shares with inside info? Dog.
Jsm having a seizure might actually improve both brain functionality and personality improvements. Pipsqueak just oks everything jsmasssss blows out of his butt. They both do seem to be dyed in the wool prof. bashers, but who knows, maybe they are just low-life jerks with a non-paid agenda. Dog.
I know you are a bull on Hill. I bought and sold and bought back in low 6's. Market is horrible right now, but we are much lower than I thought Hill would go. Longer term, would seem to be a reasonable risk here, but your thoughts? Every time I think it will not go lower it does. The chart is simply horrible. Dog.
Thank you for making my point to the nth degree. You remain a simpleton, without any redeeming personality. #$%$.
A moronic reply. I am obviously referring not to some correct assumptions about NLST, but your manner of belittling others. You remain pathetic with your buddy jsm.
PIp, you and jsm are such human slime. You both create only negativity, you both deserve short lives.
I believe Gail said Revs for the 3rd quarter might be modestly better that Q2., that I not a confidence builder. It remains a disaster, with probably decent revenues (if they materialize) in the second half of 16, that is already a year away. Just a pitiful call. The company has done a very poor job, it seems, to even access decent revenue for 15. A total disaster.
Earnings shows no one is really lining up for product. At the least NLST needs to ramp up and/or improve sales practices. Terrible Earnings Report.
Given such a poor earnings report, the 40's were inevitable. Hong really should step down, there has been no progress where earnings are concerned. Hello, Hong? Earnings are what you need for NLST to survive. Quite a pitiful situation. Pipsqueak and JSM must be very happy today. NLST needs new blood, there is no reason to have any confidence in this man going forward.
