Deutsche Bank still holds 40,523 shares, sold 949,664, a decrease of 95.91%. So they did not completely sell out. this was as of 9/30/13, so a week before they restated and things got really bad.
good guess.. i feel like if they aren't going to be BO... we may see an exit of consumer and dilution, which is possible we're here at 42M....
Can you believe that we bough indilinx for 32M and sanrad for 15M, pumped in 100M of R&D, got these great products, and now worth less than we bought them for....lol
Just an FYI, here's parts of his digitimes June 2012 interview... as you can see, nothing he said came true, lol:
Digitimes recently had the opportunity to sit down with Alex Mei, CMO at OCZ Technology to discuss the company's plans during Computex Taipei 2012 and its outlook for the year ahead.
Q: What are the hot products OCZ will be showcasing at Computex 2012?
A: The main highlights will include our new enterprise class 2.5-inch SATA SSD, the Intrepid 3, which utilizes the Indilinx Everest 2 platform with optional power fail protection. We will also showcase our new Kilimanjaro platform based product the Z-Drive R5 PCI Express (PCIe) SSD, which is co-developed by Marvell and OCZ, and is the ideal SAN accelerator solution, utilizing native PCIe to deliver exceptional bandwidth for enterprise and server storage. We are making a major push into the enterprise segment, so attendees can also expect to see next generation client solutions including our award winning Vertex 4 and an upcoming external SSD named Lightfoot that leverages the ultra-fast Thunderbolt interface.
new rumor... must be why trying to fill in new positions...
google tweaktown ocz...
just an FYI the article has an error and states ocz hit .18 a share when it hit .39
dude rob already sold out. he's done with ocz. i dont think he'd waste his time on ocz anymore
well they need a product to hit the market quick to build rev... the next z drive will use the everest 2, then one after will be BF3 i bet.
good point. or it may be due to them using the new 19nm node w/new firmware instead of 20/25nm. if they are now using BF3, well they prob needed more than a few months from when they stated it would use the everest 2 platform back in sept.
the last insider sell was from RP on 1/3/2012.. and we know he was a crook. there has been no insider buying/selling since. i'm not familiar as to when mgmt can purchase/sell stocks, but i'm assuming that BO talks with STX were going on for sometime, especially after their secondary in the spring of '12. and its safe to say that soon after the debacle of sept '12, ocz has been on the selling block since. while your headline of your latest article might be factually true, it really takes it out of context of ocz's current situation. also, mgmt has been giving out RSUs to each out like crazy.... not a buy on the open market, but still counts. so these guys want to see this company succeed or their RSUs lose a lot of value.
well bonnie mott actuallly replied to me twice in a matter of minutes yesterday. i'd speculate before she never replied since she was busy... so it seems maybe she has more time on her hands... i don't know if that is good or bad.
alright got a reply. she didnt answer anything. just said when we have something to share they will have a PR....
i have not called. maybe i should. i don't expect any material information to be discussed, but I have voice my opinion/concerns regarding the company and wanted her opinion. And sometimes you are able to get some information not discussed in PRs such as present dealings and/or strategic movements. but first and foremost, i'd like to see them respond to retail investors demonstrating some type of commitment to us. for a company to stay silent during all the recent turmoil says wonders... now if there really is something magical going on behind the scenes then... yes I understand, but with this company, how can you expect that?
went down on low volume... with no news this was expected... only thing is they can drop this thing pretty good on low volume.. .so if positive news does come out, we'll prob just end up where we were when we started the downtrend.
