I remember reading somewhere that you can deem a stock worthless and declare a loss if you believe it is in fact worthless. This happened to other stocks I've owned such as worldcom, enron and a few more. No repercussions to date.
As in the past, I appreciate your input. Of course I don't know for sure, but I certainly expect you would be allowed to take it next year even if settlement is sooner. Again, thanks.
That would mean another year or more before using associated losses to offset gains. I'll probably be pushing up daisy's before the smoke clears. Thanks for all your informative posts.
It has been my experience that shareholders of CA lawsuits get very little of the award. Half a loaf, etc, etc. Good luck on your claim.
Jeez Jimmy, I used to watch you play in Fenway Park in Boston in the early 1950's, when I'd skip school. You were a wild and crazy guy. Ted Williams was quite a character too. You must have gotten really smart since then as you've invested in veev. Lot's of luck, buddy.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Yep, I am an old dog. Not diabetic nor have any other problems that you mentioned, fortunately. If your lucky, you too may live to be a bit older. Don't take yourself or others too seriously. Life is short. gl
Good job, schizo ! You have created havoc. I'll bet you're laughing your, (oops, can't say that) off. That's a slippery slope you're on! Must be the oil.
Just read your advice post, Atty. Thank's Dad. Of course you're right. I'm 84 years, have always been on the aggressive side and find it hard to change. I just mess around with this crazy pos, 1k for play. Hope you're well. You sound as though you're hanging tough. Again, thanks.
Last time they has a RS, I sold, only to see a huge upward surge. If that's what happens, I'll hold this time. Probably lose my #$%$.
