The CEO did NOT say that they would not disclose. They said that they have not received the official issues in writing yet, and that it would be premature to discuss on a conference call at this point.
I know that this would be totally foreign to your limited intellect, but you could be a bit more magnanimous in your temporary moment.

The 14C filed yesterday says: to effect a reverse stock split (the “Reverse Stock Split”) of our common stock at a ratio determined by our Board of Directors up to 1 for 500 such number consisting of only whole shares.
So my 4 million shares will become a less thrilling 8,000 shares.

Reality is that a reverse split not less than 1 for 2 shares and not greater than 1 for 50 shares.
