According to the press release they didn't close a few sales due to "extended administrative approval processes" and expect to log those in the 2nd half of the year. Went on to say pipeline orders remain strong. Sold 4 plus brain module for the first time. Q2 will come down to whether there was a notable increase in service & procedure revenue over the $2M in Q1, etc.

  • Adept said on an analyst call in early May that some "pretty great” news in that space regarding Adept was coming. Seems Semicon would be a great place for the reveal. As he said “Stay tuned”.

Not seeing anything Semicon related other than a couple of tweets from SickUSA’s booth re: Adept Lynx. Lake Street Capital was out at Adept HQ on July 10th to meet with management/tour. We’ll see if they issue any more guidance in the coming days/weeks as a result.

Thanks. Good to see you here. I’m doing much the same and only wish options (calls) were available to leverage up. I like what I‘m seeing from them and the technology/results are an easier product to sell than we saw with MAKO where there was some pushback from surgeons. Seeing the usual long sales closing process as the procurement request works its way up the chain of command. Mgmt seems confident that the sales that didn’t close in time for Q1 will hit later this year. I see a buyout in the 12-18 month range though one sooner wouldn’t surprise me. Soros and others opened new positions in Q1. One to keep an eye on and accumulate at regular intervals. GLTA
