colton_harden1, in your future posts please preface your remarks with "I'm not a smart man, but...." Your constant posting reminds me of Forest Gump's running for a year for reasons only he might have understood.
kimi.held, thanks for the information. Sorry I misunderstood your HGSI input to the disdain of cedafuntennis. I am sure that does not matter to you though.
kimi.held, are you saying MNKD is trading 250% higher than Friday's close in German market trading? What is the price MNKD is trading there?
If one googles Regulation SHO Release 34-61595 , you will find the above wording in the .pdf file in the 3rd link from Shearman and Sterling. The input from luvmeplezz appears to be valid to me.
Cramer is on vacation, because his show has been "training" stuff all week. I never watch that kind of training.
I just now reviewed the slides from the analyst meeting, and management projected 63% to 68% growth in natural gas liquids in 2014. I suppose CHK is in there at Commerce applying for a private ruling for export too.
tomatferndale, ah, I see the error of my ways. Thanks for your help. $30.27
I did the math of my own shares using the 1:14 ratio for SSE and the current price of CHK. When I did that using the closing price of CHK today and the closing price of SSE-WI (sse when issued), I got a closing price of the CHK + SSE-WI equal to 32.10 today. You guys can do the same thing, and I believe you can check my math. For completeness I used closing prices of SSE-WI of 25.75 and CHK of 30.27.
jstokcton, you are probably right about pfg_01. I do now see pfg_01 referenced putting his stock certificates in a safe deposit box and just waiting.
telsarowe, congratulations. You can join together with pfg_01 who left MNKD on April 2 just after the AdCom. Also you might want to check with the IRS to understand the "qualifications" for your reference to your short term capital gains. I noticed on April 1 during the AdCom you did not think Afrezza would be approved for Type 2. I see today you are making a macro call on a top in the overall market with your VIX call, and it's ok to be afraid. However you don't have to sell everything on such an idea, but you say you did.
stocktraderforgain, in April I posted this help for circumventing Yahoo's message board apparent deletions. I think this method will get you what you want, but you will have to try it to see. It works for me each time.
petech, through trial and error and some ratiocinating I discovered a method to have one's posts posted when Yahoo appears to be filtering them. It appears Yahoo has a lot of malfunctions, and that stops posts many times. If you can see your post but your handle does not appear in the latest post column, save your post text then click on the Remove link in your malfunctioned-post, and answer Yes (you want to remove it). In a few minutes to some longer time later, try posting that post again. It has always worked for me, and it has happened to me at least three or four times in the last ten posts I have actually posted. I have had to wait as long as an hour before, but it worked. (of course sometimes I just don't bother after it fails)
permit.20841, are you trying to show us an example of recursion? Your id is from 6/14/2014. bpr1205's id is from 6/13/2014. It must be painful for you not to be long MNKD stock.
failupward2, you can read some of cphammer's and brheavy's musings on basal insulin riding on Technosphere from mid-May in this Yahoo post. There are many replies, and you will have to dig in to read them.
I just saw this article on rapid acting analogs and their seeming lack of much impact on hypoglycemic events over a 10 year measurement period. Not mentioned in the article but clear to anyone who knows about Afrezza, this article makes a good case for use of Afrezza.
natty_0ner, your inability to recognize the obvious has me picturing you as the sober guy driving down the street at 35 mph and running head-on into a parked car. You tell the police you hit the parked car, because it wasn't supposed to be there even though the car was parked there legally. You are an inspiration for all people who enjoy comic relief.
Are you the black knight who says it is just a flesh wound?
fiveparin2, the gap was filled on the fast downdraft in the last hour. That technical problem is now off the table.
We know the McDonalds employees who are clamoring for higher hourly wages will usher in more human replacement automation at their restaurants at some point in the future. I know ADEP has robotics now involved in the preparation of food at various big and small food companies, but I wonder if there is any product out there that uses ADEP robotics that could fit in some application inside McDonalds type restaurants themselves. I am assuming McDonalds has had a highly automated restaurant prototype design working for years, but none has been deployed for a trial yet.
alivegas99, what are your sources, Springrock/Genscape, saying about where all the oversupply still coming after October 2014 will originate (will come from)? Is it the same oversupply of gas wells it forecasts for the Summer of 2014?
wallpack123 et al, I am not clear that CHK's oil service spinoff biz will be a public company. Has that been explained in any of the press releases or at the analyst day presentation? Until I see something in a press release that Seventy Seven Energy will be a public company, I will just assume it will be a private company that is owned by CHK shareholders.
